Stayed Jan 18, 2026This place has a great location, nice and quiet with views of the Waikato. Super clean, easy to check in, and the home itself was spacious and new. The hosts were responsive and friendly as well.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025The house has a terrific layout, has a great view, the bedrooms, bathrooms and parking were great. However there were things that would have improved our experience. The coffee and tea is not as pictured, no coffee machine - the coffee pod were very limited. A small amount of fresh milk in the fridge is often usally supplied in holiday homes.It would be helpful to have an egg beater or whisk and a can opener.The bathrooms were lovely but face cloths and hair conditioner are also needed. If it to be called luxury- then also supply luxury 3 ply toilet paper. Both the vacuum cleaner and pot plant in the lounge smelt foul- not sure the reason why.Some toys and books for children would be good to have as well as games for adults. The house had spider webs and a resident swallow family in a nest above the front door. Strangely, we also had a masked man who called himself a cleaner come running in not long after we arrived to look for 'ice cream left in the freezer'. He checked, found none and walked out without a comment. We wondered if he'd come to check us out.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025House is very clean and has a new house feel. Plentiful of space to hang out, both inside and outside (beautiful view as well). Beds were comfortable to sleep in. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Hamilton.
