This is our second time staying here and it felt just like home. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

Feels like a home-away-from-home. Comforting to be in a place which is light, airy, quiet and has everything I need when travelling to Hamilton for a couple of weeks. Not too far from city centre or shopping precincts.I met one of the hosts, Joy, who is friendly and welcoming. She responds to messages promptly. It was lovely arriving to find some yummy fresh tomatoes from the garden.I highly recommend this place.garden.

I recently travelled to New Zealand for a work trip and had the pleasure of staying at this property for 2 weeks. There was tons of space with the large living room + attached kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. All finishes and fixtures were very modern/new and the overall feel was very comfortable. There is a gated entry that provides extra privacy/security. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a similar stay. Thank you!
