Stayed Nov 4, 2025A great house with everything you need and more. Fast 500 Mbps internet, pro-level workstation with two monitors. Plenty of dishes and appliances, a garage for the car. There are also heaters for cold nights. We were very satisfied and enjoyed living in this house. The owner was always available and helped with various questions.

Stayed Oct 6, 2025We arrived in Hamilton after a long flight from South Africa to an ecoli warning in the area. Eliot & Suf left us a lovely note informing us with bottled water to assist us. The home was very comfy and tidy just perfect for our jet lagged family. Lovely little touches around the home making it warm and inviting. The location was great, close to shops and amenities. We wanted to stay longer!

Stayed Aug 26, 2025I travelled from Australia to spend a week with family while our Dad has been in Waikato Hospital. Having never been to Hamilton before I was impressed by the location of the property and how close is was to everything we needed. Property itself was perfect and felt like a home away from home where we were all able to be together in a lovely warm and comfortable home. Would reccomend and stay again. Lovely home and hosts. Thanks for a perfect stay.
