The villa has been carefully restored and furnished to a superb outdoor pool. The interior design is characterized by antique furnishings and decorative paintings, lovingly chosen by the owner, to stay in style with the traditional architectural context.

Located in a privileged position, surrounded by chestnut, cherry and olive trees, the villa also has an organic vegetable garden.
The entire villa has an MP3 player in every room, as well as a professional digital alarm system and 2 large safes.
Externally we find a pool, a magnificent BEACH VOLLEY field and in the basement a gym and a sauna.

The interior of the building is a large living room with an antique stone fireplace and wooden ceiling ceiling, perfectly equipped with a 55 TV and home theater, whose color scheme harmoniously integrates with the twentieth century style and the traditional Tuscan stone and terracotta floor.

From the living room to the large terrace with electric and air-conditioned pergotenda that allows you to eat outside, enjoying an excellent view.
