Stayed Oct 6, 2025We stayed at this lovely villa for a month in October. The weather was like a Swedish summer. Around 20 degrees and mostly sunny. The house had a beautiful view over the Bracciano lake from the patio. Our two dachshunds loved the garden that was completely safe even for our huntingdog that always wants out… Our grandchildren had a lot of joy there as well. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds really comfortable. Both Elena who took care of the house daily and the landlady was very nice and easy to get in contact with. The area was nice with restaurants and the sea very close. As it was lowseason in October it was very calm and not everything was open but that was perfect for us.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025The lake house on Lake Bracciano was the perfect Italian vacation. The location between the shore of the lake and the town of Bracciano was a good spot to relax or take day trips with the convenience of the train station that is in the town. The house is very comfortable and was perfect for us and our children and grandchildren that came to visit. It is well appointed with everything needed and has a very nice kitchen. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and a great extension of the house. Elise is an excellent hostess and was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants, transportation etc. We throughly enjoyed our time in Bracciano and hope to return.

Stayed Apr 2, 2024Gorgeous spacious house, wonderful garden, beautiful views and only 5 minutes from the lake front. Our host, Elise, just couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. She is a fantastic, friendly engaging host and immediately replied to all our queries. The house was extremely well equipped, in particular the kitchen has everything you might need in vast quantities. It was comfortable, clean, generous and welcoming. We stayed there for 2 wonderful months and I have to say Bracciano is one of the friendliest places on the planet.
