This Villa is set on a gorgeous hillside overlooking the Tuscany hills. Every amenity is taken care of, the grounds, the pool, the bedrooms perfect. Very quiet location but easy access to Tuscany.

Our stay at this picturesque estate in Grassina was a trip we’ll never forget. The house was a perfect setup and impeccably clean. We spent hours around the kitchen table with family talking and laughing. We chose this location because of its close proximity to Florence but found ourselves having a hard time venturing off the property because it was so peaceful. We did go into Florence for multiple dinners and took a quick train ride to Rome for a day. We would love to return in the summer to spend days by the amazing pool. Cinzia was an amazing host. Super helpful and responsive, 5 starts for sure!!

It’s Amazing in so many ways

Can’t say enough about this Villa! Wonderful stay. Wonderful and accommodating host. Beautiful grounds. Clean. Cozy. Just perfect. We were 6 adults and had an amazing time. Rooms were very spacious. We were lucky enough to hire Chef Patrizia and our driver Duccio, who were both gems! I wish we can take both of them back home with us! We look forward to coming back with our families hopefully sometime in the near future. Book this Villa, you won’t regret it!

Perfect location and accomodation for our family holiday! From the moment Duccio collected us from Pisa Airport (and gave us a tour of the outskirts of Florence followed by taking us to the supermarket before checking in to the villa), and the lovely welcome from Cinzia to the villa we knew we were going to have an amazing holiday! The villa, large pool and breath taking views are just incredible and the pictures don't do it justice. On our first evening we had a pizza night with the wonderful chef called Patrizia. I highly recommend her and we chose to repeat the pizza evening during our 2nd week there! There are lots of restaurants in the towns and villages nearby and of course in Florence itself which is just 20mins by taxi. Useful Tip: download AppTaxi which was great as there were times when Duccio was busy during the peak times. Also, we hired a car from Europcar which was delievered and collected to our villa. In short - this is a fantastic villa with top notch facilities and we will look forward to a return visit soon!! Thank you Cinzia for being a wonderful and welcoming host!

We had an incredible week at Cinzia’s villa. The property is spectacular and the pictures online do not do it justice. We spent as much time outside as we possibly could, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, soaking us the sun in the glorious swimming pool, playing tennis, and dining al fresco. Spacious rooms with AC in each and en suite bathrooms kept all guests very comfortable. Cinzia was an amazing host, and Duccio the driver and Patrizia the chef she recommended made our trip unforgettable.

The VRBO website pictures do not do justice to this exquisite property. This 4 bedroom villa is nestled on beautiful grounds with an oversized swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts. There are various outdoor seating places for relaxation. There is also an outdoor kitchen plus a pizza oven The villa is 20 minutes from the airport by car with several restaurants close by the villa. The owner of the property is very sweet, accommodating and gracious, We had one minor problem which she quickly rectified evidencing her responsiveness. She was always there for us with recommendations and/or assistance. she made us feel welcome, We love this place and would definitely return for another visit.
