Great clean villa, plenty of room for the 10 of us. Nothing that could be done but we had hoped to spend a few nights at the villa doing BBQ’s but due to location there was so many mosquitoes at night we couldn’t sit outside on the patio

Die Finca ist modern, super sauber und top ausgestattet!

The villa is wonderful. It’s beautifully renovated, very well equipped and in a lovely location. The walk to the centre of Sa Pobla is about 10 minutes, and there are lots of small rural unmade roads on which to walk, run or cycle. The area is agricultural so you will hear associated noise, but for us it wasn’t a problem. I thoroughly recommend it. A new clothes airer and some towel hooks in the bedrooms/bathrooms. Otherwise it’s pretty much perfect!

Die Finca ist in einem tollem Zustand, sehr schöne Küche, zu dem geschmackvolle Zimmer und Bäder. Vor allem hat uns der Außenbereich sehr gefallen, der Pool ist traumhaft und die Wiese lud zum Spielen ein. Wir haben die Ruhe für sehr genossen. Eine Grillplatzecke mit Sonnensegel wäre noch schön. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte leider nicht mehr richtig, er trocknete das Geschirr nicht und wir mussten alles noch abtrocknen.

Tolle schlichtes und klares Ambiente. Große Zimmer , tolle Bäder, sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. All in allem sehr weit gedacht, ob es die Gefriertruhe , die Abstellkammer oder aber auch das Außen- WC ist. Alles top top! Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte optimiert werden: mehr und bessere Messer , evtl mehrere Schüsseln Handtuchhalter in den Bädern . Evtl unterschiedliche Farben der Handtücher um eine eindeutige Zuordnung für die Gäste zu haben

Ein toller Platz um Urlaub zu machen Wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus war spitze, alles sauber und großzügig. Schöne Gartenanlage, sauberer Pool und tolle Lage.

The Son Amer Vila was an absolute dream! When we arrived we were just blown away by its rural location and it’s internal facilities. It’s been maintained to a really high standard .. even the beds are comfortable which is a rarity! My 2 sons (7yrs and 4yrs) said it was like their 2nd home and they didn’t want to leave! The pool was a perfect size for us all and the gardens were beautiful. The views from the villa were breathtaking. I would highly recommend the villa for both adults and children alike.

We booked via 5starhomes and overall they were pretty good to deal with, although between us booking and when we were there we had a ridiculous amount of paperwork to complete! On arrival at the villa in the quiet countryside surrounding Sa Pobla we were blown away. The contemporary exterior and interior were simply stunning. Very spacious interior, beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. The pool was perfect and the views....just wow! The location was perfect for us as it was 5min drive into Sa Pobla for the bakery, Eroski and the town square with its handful of restaurants and tapas bars. It was 5 mins to the motorway so we could access the whole island with ease. Our favourite beach at Playa De Muro was 12 mins away and Pollenca old town 15mins. We had farmers and dogs for neighbours and the only people we saw were the many cyclists who trekked past. The shrubs don't quite yet provide total privacy but within time they will. It wasn't a problem as 99% of the time the villa offered total seclusion and peace. Overall we had an amazing time BUT the villa owners need to take note of a number of important points that could improve things further. Firstly we were disturbed on two days by a plumber who needed to work on the property. On one of these occasions we were left without water for 4 hours which disturbed our plans for that evening. This work could have been carried out when the villa didn't have tenants as it obviously wasn't urgent (I have looked at the occupancy and there were free days when this could have been done). We also paid in full and were threatened with the police if we didn't pay the tourist tax. My feeling was that the villa owners could have paid this as a gesture of goodwill as this is a new tax that we weren't expecting to pay. Another problem we encountered was that the villa floors were particularly dirty on arrival and when we discussed this with 5starhomes they insisted we send photos before they sent a cleaner. The internal floors were cleaned but the patio area definitely could have been cleaner. The pool was cleaned once during our stay but probably required twice weekly cleaning. Collection of rubbish was every 3 days which was appreciated as we have usually had to take rubbish ourselves to the town bins. Another few points to mention. The master bedroom en suite isn't quite and en suite as there is no dividing wall. Therefore the toilet area has no privacy. I wasn't comfortable with this at all. Overall it was fab
