Villa Eolia is a luxurious, brandnew Villa, located in Panormo, a beautiful beach resort on the north coast of Rethymno. The Villa is conveniently located just 200 meters away from a lovely sandy beach, which is ideal for children and within walking distance from cafes, restaurants and a variety of shops, as well as a pharmacy! Also, there is a bus stop only 200 meters away, which allows you to easily visit the lively town of Rethymno, as well as Chania and Heraklion cities. The outstanding 700 m2 outdoor area of Villa Eolia features a 50 m2 private swimming pool with its depth varying from 0.80m to 1.40m in a tile-paved terrace, surrounded by wonderful lawn covered areas of 100 m2. The terrace is equipped with sun beds, and umbrellas and offers unobstructed view to the sea and clear blue sky! Additionally, BBQ facilities and a dining area under the shade of a wooden pergola, are also provided, so you can enjoy al fresco dining with your loved ones, try your cooking skills and create some unforgettable memories! The spacious pool area is also suitable for children to play and have fun, while you relax, staring the breathtaking view! From the pool terrace guests have direct access to the verandas of both residences!

Villa Eolia is a 280m2 ground-floor villa, divided into two separate residences that are rented as one, making it ideal for two families or groups of friends seeking both privacy and togetherness. Set in a wonderful elevated position overlooking Panormo village, Villa Eolia offers stunning sea views from almost every point, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing self-catered vacation.
