Elegant Lake-View Villa with Large Garden in CENTER LESA

Perfect location and space for two families of four. Amazing views of the lake and close to restaurants.

Perfect house in a perfect location. Enjoyed every single minute of our 4 days stay. Walking distance from bars and restaurants. Check in and out process was smooth, house was clean, lovely outdoor terace where we spend most of the time. If ever in the area that is the right property to book.

Everything about this villa is perfect. The house is beautiful, spacious, and has all the amenities we hoped for. Very nice view, great location, and has 2 gardens. The owner was really helpful, and provided everything we needed.

The villa is really beautiful and has a fantastic view of Maggiore lake. The property it was restored lately. Nice area, quite, relaxing. Simone and Giulia offered many activities, all close to the villa, rent boat, restautants, mountain trip, lake trip. I recommend this fantastic property to anyone.

From the pre arrival help via mail to the meticulous attention paid to our well being during our stay from 22 May till 30 May. We were very pleased with the entire property in terms of the location, cleanliness, spaciousness, comfort, amenities and luxury feeling. I wished we had stayed for longer, and will certainly return again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Matilde. The villa is is just how it looks on the photo's. The beds were very comfortable and the villa very warm, perfect for a winter break. We liked the layout of the house with ensuite bathrooms and sociable open plan living area. The villa is well placed and there are some lovely walks around it. It is only a short walk to or drive to the lots of historic places. The lake view from the living room is magnificent. We enjoyed many nights sitting on the sofa drinking tea and adminiring the lake view as it changed with the evening hours. Would definitely go back maybe for the summer!

My husband and I enjoyed our week's stay at Villa Matilde in Lesa. The house, its furnishings and appointments were lovely, just the right combination of old and tasteful atmosphere. We loved the nearby villages too. We rented a boat in the lake and we had a wonderful time. This was a unique and extremely enjoyable experience. Touring around that area was great fun, we went to the towns of Belgirate, Stresa and many places in between. It was so pleasant to deal with, I would rent the place again.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 children for a week and really enjoyed the house. The location is good for exploring the area, and we could walk to the market for bread and milk and gellato shop was very close by. The family who owns the house is very nice to work with.

We stayed for five nights, the house was comfortable and welcoming, everything you need from linens to kitchen equipment is available to you, the bedrooms and bathrooms are fantastic, it's a great base for exploring Lake Maggiore, the real gem of this house is the garden, where we relaxed after busy days with a BBQ. All in all a great family home to have a wonderful holiday on the Lake.

We recommend this beautiful villa to everyone. The villa is very large, clean and the garden is fantastic. Very useful is the car park and the dock, both private, for loving days on the lake. The beaches, are close and within walking distance. The price per week is great and it fits comfortably in ten adults. Will definitely be back next year.
