This is a stunning 2 bedroom Lesa villa in the delightful lakeside village of Lesa on Lake Maggiore. Occupying one wing of a large country house, it boasts its own private terrace but is also set in mature gardens, a small part of which guests are welcome to enjoy.



The Space:

As you go inside this Lesa villa, guests enter into a beautifully furnished open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The newly installed kitchen is sleek and contemporary and wellequipped with both bar style seating and with a kitchen table seating four. A corner sofa is arranged in the other part of the room, furnished with floral cushions that coordinate with the gardens behind which can be enjoyed through the dual aspect windows. This really is a delightful room for entertaining and for sitting and relaxing whilst enjoying the company of friends and family.



Upstairs in this Lesa villa, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with double beds. Both bedrooms are immaculately presented and offer comfortable beds to ensure a good nights sleep. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower whilst guests will find a second bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Both bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Both bedrooms are fitted with A/C.



Please note that there is also a basement area where guests will find a washing machine should they need one.



This Lesa villa boasts a large private rooftop terrace equipped with dining table and chairs as well as loungers. There is also an outdoor shower here to cool off in and a parasol to provide shade. The house is also set in mature gardens. But please be aware that the garden is shared with the residents in the adjacent property. This does mean that large parts of the garden are not available for guests use to ensure that everyone can enjoy privacy. Whilst guests are welcome to access a part of the garden, there is no area where guests can sit in the garden.



Please note that there are some extra charges for heating when applicable. This is charged at 0.85 euros per SMC. The meter will be read at the start and end of the stay and guests will be required to pay the charges for the gas central heating in cash on departure. Similarly, guests wishing to use the air conditioning at the villa will be charged on departure based on usage at a rate of 0.65 Euro per kWh.



Please note that this property is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

The Neighborhood:

This Lesa villa is located in Lesa within a few metres walk of the lakeside and within easy access of a number of restaurants and village shops. It's a 5 minute walk to restaurants and 15 minutes on foot to the nearest supermarket. This is a great location if you want to park your car up for the week and explore on foot!



Head out the garden gate and you'll find a public beach. There are two additional beaches a little further along, one of which is sandy and has sun loungers available to hire along with a bar where you can enjoy drinks. Not only that but you'll find a full size swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas along with snack bar within the tennis club which is just a few minutes away on foot. Entry is possible for a small fee.
