Design Villa with Pool

Beautiful villa with everything you need & some great restaurants within walking distance. Andrea was super helpful with recommendations and a lovely welcome.

The premises exceeded our expectations. Better than the photos. The grounds where very nicely manicured, beautiful trees, pool, a good amount of outdoor furniture to accommodate our every need. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do, beach, swim, visit Syrcuse, Noto, drive to Mt Etna, and a day trip up to Taromina, a boat trip leaving from town. Andrea was a fantastic host, was always available when needed. The villa had amazing views from the balcony yet private pool area which the family enjoyed playing in and relaxing by. A car is a must to explore and we found some great beaches a short drive away. Would recommend as we had a fantastic time!

We enjoyed our stay and Andrea was very helpful and we particularly appreciated his recommendations for places to eat and places to go locally. The house was well set up and we loved the pool as it was hot and we spent a lot of time there. A bluetooth speaker would be a welcome addition to the house. Thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful stay in September/October 2022. The villa was well looked after and we made good use of the pool and sun terraces around the house. It has a few small but nice beaches within walking distance, which were great (in particular Spiaggia del Minareto which is shared with the five star hotel).

My family and I had a wonderful time at Villa Shalai. Andrea was an excellent host and very helpful. The villa is stunning with plenty of outdoor space. Would recommend.

Location is outstanding, both close to Ortegia and breath-taking scenery, which is minutes away. Great landscaping and lighting, and pool. Great space inside as well. If you're looking for a place near Ortegia, this is it!

The house is exactly as listed. The property is beautiful. The outdoor space is relaxing and serene and truly a great place to spend your time. The location is wonderful. Near tons of beaches and restaurants. Also a short ride away from the center of Syracuse which is absolutely stunning. Andrea is a wonderful host. He is as kind as he is helpful and I can’t speak more highly of him. We will be back.

Modern villa with everything you need. Walking distance to two lovely beaches. Short taxi ride into Ortigia. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. The friendly owner is always available to assist you in any way. The villa is 15 minutes away from Syracuse, and it is also well located to visit many other places like Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and others. We very much recommend this holiday villa, it has everything to enjoy a very pleasant stay! Thank you Andrea for all the info and flexibility! Very much appreciated.
