Stayed May 16, 2025Syracuse is an ancient city rich in history, culture and architecture and Ortigia is its heart. This apartment is perfectly located to experience all of it. The area is very walkable. Plus, the sea is just a short stroll away! The apartment is decorated in bright Mediterranean colors that make it feel airy and light. It has every amenity that you can imagine. We loved that there were screens on the windows so that we could open them for the sea breezes. (No other historic apartment that we stayed in had screens.) The greatest asset is Rosanna, the host. She is generous, thoughtful, and genuinely wants to help you have the best possible experience in Ortigia. We began as strangers and left feeling like we have a new friend. We heartily recommend Ortigia Dreaming!

Stayed May 9, 2025We loved our stay at Ortigia Dreaming. We had a group of 6 that stayed for one week. Rossana was amazing. From the time we booked to after we left, she was very responsive. She provided us with all the information we needed and even help with arranging parking, local tours, and dinner reservations. I would highly recommend booking here if you want to stay in the heart of Ortigia.
