DATAW ISLAND - 3/2 Waterfront Villa with Bicycles and Grill

The property is beautiful in a golf course community. Amenities were easy to access! Beds were comfy and the house was very clean. We loved walking out on the dock in the evenings and the kids would find little crabs and we would enjoy watching the birds diving for fish.

Lovely location with easy access to Beaufort. Fully equipped kitchen. Two very good restaurants on property. Would gladly stay here again.

Summer camp for adults. People and club were great. Pickle golf Fishimg etc.

The location on Dataw is great. Community dock is right outside the back door and the pool and clubhouse are just a couple lazy minutes stroll. The property is very clean and the pictures accurately reflect the property. The two main bedrooms are spacious with one softer bed and a much firmer one upstairs. However, for the price point, the amenities with the property itself come up a little bit short. The kitchen is adequately stocked with plates, glasses, etc. However, plan to purchase dishwasher tabs and most other things you will need. There is a small Weber portable gas grill on the deck but you'll need to purchase a small propane canister as one is not provided. The Hunting Island beach pass was a great add-in as were the two beach chairs. The two bikes were of not much use as one had two flat tires and the other had a problem with the gear shifter. The AC works great on the ground floor but the large bedroom upstairs got quite warm even with using the provided fan and the small 3rd bedroom had very little A/C requiring the provided fan as well. A clean and mostly comfortable property at a great location near all the main amenities at Dataw but just feel like the rate was a bit high for all that was included.

We visited to attend our sons graduation from Marine Boot camp. The house and grounds were beautiful! My kids loved the dock. It’s was very quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay and would recommend!!

Great view of the bay. Located within a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse. Only complaint I reserved a 3 bedroom, got a call the day before my arrival that I would have to move to a two bedroom because owner was coming into town. So my sister and brother in law were not able to stay and i was still charged for the three bedroom. Loved Dataw will go again.

The house was nestled on a beautiful golf course with a fantastic view. The house was well stocked with towels, sheets, and toiletries. We were lucky enough to see three dolphins from our dock. We visited Coligny Beach and made several trips to Parris Island. We would definitely stay again.

we just stayed at this beautiful villa for my sons graduation from Parris Island. The villa had everything you would need except a grill. we purchased a small charcoal grill and left behind for other guests to enjoy. The villa size was perfect and the teens thought the walk in closet with a hidden cubby was awesome and slept in their the first night. We were pleasantly surprised by all the extras that were in the villas ie:shampoo/conditioner, tissues, tp, paper towels, handsoaps, cleaners etc. our only complaint was the master bedding smelled spoiled but no worries as there was air freshener and fresh sheets in the closet. I would definitely stay here again. Our drive to Parris Island was only about 20 minutes and grocery and accesory stores were within 10 minutes drive. I give this place a A+. Thankyou for making our trip very comfortable and enjoyable.
