I had a wonderful stay the property. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, setting a positive tone right from the start. Miquel himself was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions and provide guidance, which made the experience even better.The house was modern, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet—making it the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day of exploring.Speaking of exploring, having a car is essential to fully appreciate the beautiful local area, which offers plenty to see and do.Overall, I highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a serene and well-appointed place to stay.

The villa was exactly as described. Thoughtfully designed, high quality, with lots of little touches that make a huge difference. We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely recommend this property.

This home is the best kept secret in the area. Our second stay in two years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Miquel, the owner, is the best. He is easy to work with, accommodating, friendly, and truly wants you to have a great stay. Given this is his home he stays at during the winter, he takes tremendous pride in making sure his guests feel AT HOME. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. The location is superb, wonderful neighborhood, and easy access to the main highway. I can't emphasize enough how clean and well maintained the home and property are. Miquel, thank you again for an exceptional time and hope to be back soon!

Great property, very clean very well equipped particularly in the kitchen. Pool was a great size good sun beds and Miguel was always available when needed. We had a car and suggest this is essential for the location which was peaceful quiet and relaxing.

Fabulous villa in a quiet location. Perfect for us as a family. Ideally you need a car to get to Pollensa and puerto Pollensa but it’s easy driving. The villa is modern, spotlessly clean with everything you need , with a short drive to the supermarket. We will be back again soon. Thanks again to Miquel for another great stay.

This House for the Biggest, and best House we ever booked. All pictures were 100% like reality. The whole is having three big sleeping rooms three nice bathrooms, the pool was a very big approximate 3,9x10m and also deep ! The walls also some extra service every two days from the Agentur for the pool and for the garden . Some new feature of this house, who cannot be seen on the pictures in the Internet, there’s some extra Wyatt sun protection shield outside of the house. The kitchen was very nice to the bathroom sparing you also is a weber barbecue grill. Also, very nice it’s all inclusive service for many items in the holes for example, complete equipment for the beach that means sun protection umbrella. Also some chair for the beach everything start in the big garage. You can reach is nice villa can be reached with the car from Palma airport in approximate 35 minutes. Miquel it’s a very kind guy who will help in every situation via WhatsApp . Best holiday inn, best house ever.

We have stayed at Miquels house now for the second time. The house is perfectly clean and spotless. Great location, only 10-15 minute drive til Alcudia and Pollenca. The host Miquel is great, good comminication. We stayed at this house 3 years ago, and the condition has not changed, it still looks like new. We enjoyed a lovely week with our family at this house. We will come back.

A fantastic villa, perfectly situated for visiting many of the beautiful areas of Mallorca. The villa is exceptionally clean & well looked after with all great amenities, very well thought out. Spacious - had a wonderful stay! ?
