Charming villa pool near sea to couple with stay in Italy

Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. The pool is fantastic to relax but also large enough to do some actual swimming, and we were very happy that it contained salt instead of chloride. Check in and communication was very easy and many tips to make it an unforgettable two weeks. We will be back one day.

Wonderful villa perfect for a family holiday. The area was very beautiful and peaceful. The house and pool lived up to all expectations. Everything worked out with the host being flexible and helpful.

We spent a week here and everything was super easy and relaxed. The location is absolutely stunning—amazing views and beautiful nature all around. Super quiet, lots of privacy, and the pool is just a dream! The handover was really uncomplicated, and the host gave us lots of helpful info. We’d recommend bringing mosquito repellent, but hey, that’s nature. All in all, we had a great time and came back totally recharged.

What a wonderful time in a wonderful place. No wish was left unfulfilled, no problem unsolved - we were looked after. The property is built and filled with love - we experienced this in every respect. Thank you for an unforgettable time.

We stayed two weeks in June 2024, our children, partners and grandchild joined us for a week. The villa met our needs in every way.

This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay. Great pool and garden. And everything you can possibly need for cooking, is available in the kitchen. Jean Marc is a great host. Answers quickly and is always ready to help. If we are ever back in Italy, we will certainly book again!

Beautiful location - the house is spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. It would be nice to have a foto of the kitchen on the website! The swimming pool is wonderful. Good contact with the friendly caretaker. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house and would definitely come again! Jean

I am very reluctant to leave an honest review for this property, but only because it is wonderful and we would like to be able to go back before everyone else books it! The property was even better than the photos; spotlessly clean and spacious. The location is incredibly peaceful and the views are stunning. The pool is unheated but warmed by the sun so it was a pleasant temperature, the color changing lights were a hit with our sons in the evening. There were fireflies flitting about in the evening to add to the magical atmosphere, lizards lounging by the pool in the daytime. You need a car to stay here as it’s 10 minutes drive to the nearest town with the best pizzas we’ve ever tasted at Easi Pizzeria Da Asporto, wood fired and made from scratch in Itri. Lots of lovely restaurants in and around Sperlonga too. It was cheap and very easy to get the train from Itri to Rome in 90mins, €7! I wouldn’t attempt to drive there as I don’t have nerves of steel! We had one small issue with an appliance but someone was out straight away to repair it. The communication from Jean-Marc and Frida was excellent and we were sent lots of helpful information before our stay. The house had absolutely everything we could wish for and we could not fault it in any way. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home Jean-Marc, we hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful time at Lucia and Jean Marc’s villa. The property is conveniently located in an olive grove 5 min drive from Itri, which gas basic supplies and a few gourmet shops. Seaside Sperlonga is 10 min away, where we relaxed in lounge chairs while our kids played in the sand. Our hosts provided many helpful recommendations and both their property and landscaping were lovely and well maintained. The pool was lots of fun for the kids, but a bit chilly still in May for extended swims. We didn’t want to leave!
