Villa Saha wonderful villa

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Perfect location close enough to the seaside but in the countryside (quite and fresher). Altogether a very enjoyable holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday. The house is beautifully furnished, well equipt and very comfortable. The outdoor space is perfect for warm evenings. We enjoyed both the pool and the garden. Leitizia was a thoughtful and delightful host letting us eat her home grown produce and providing an inflatable for the boys to play with in the pool. We are already plannning our return. The reduction of a star for the check in process was because of no mobile signal at the property. Call ahead at the bottom of the mountain!

Our week in Sperlonga was stunning. The property, and pool area in particular, have unbelievable views. Letizia lives right next door and is incredibly helpful and attentive, recommending and even organising some trips out for us.

Really nice property with excellent pool and beautiful views - very clean - quiet and relaxing. Two local dogs and cat get on really well together and were regular visitors (luckily we like that). Great base to visit local towns and even as far as Rome to the North and Pompeii to the south (we overnighted in Rome and Naples - suggest skipping Naples). Villa excellent - loads of room for five of us including 3 grown kids. Very well appointed - all requirements catered for (though wifi a bit slow which appears to be the norm - think we are spoilt with superfast broadband in Ireland). Terrific views. Long winding roads to the villa and pot-holed steep dirt track for the final leg (good car essential) are definitely worth it. Suggestions for website: 1. Change the title - Free climbing at sea is a little silly, and the sea is 10 minutes drive away - bit meaningless. 2. Add some photos of the actual property - we had the upstairs villa which is fab but hardly represented in the photos and the interior not at all. 3. Add photos of the bedrooms and delete the photos that don't tell something about the property - a lot of the photos aren't really helpful at all which makes booking a bit of a leap of faith. All in all a great holiday - highly recommended. Many thanks to Letizia who is a super host - very pleasant - very responsive to questions. Very much appreciated.

This is a great house in the hills above Sperlonga. Tastefully decorated interior with all appliances, and a very nice private garden area. Nice pool area with breath-taking views over the sea and islands. Very peaceful location. House is split in two independent sections with their own private areas, so only sharing the pool area with another family/guest. Very near (by car) to Sperlonga and Gaeta, so shopping/going out is easy. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

The villa was very clean, the garden and pool were delightful. The property was quiet secluded and tucked away in the hills but you definitely needed a car. The accommadation was even nicer than the photos

The apartment and the surroundings were very nice and fulfilled our needs to the point.It is actually a villa composed by two apartments. You have a lot of private space to each appartment so you are not disturbed by the other guests ( if there are any). We have small children and they really loved the swimmingpool and the view is really great from there. In about 10-15 minutes you are in Sperlonga . It is a calm and soft place where you can relax. I can recommend it and would like to go back. The owners are nice and service-minded!
