Stayed Dec 26, 2019If you're not an owner, I do not recommending staying at this property. If you're not an owner, the accommodation type you book is not guaranteed. We booked 2 bedroom suites and ended up in old hotel rooms with no furniture. We had no running water for the first day and they gave us the runaround when trying to get the issues fixed. You are approached many times with a sales pitch and no one is truthful about what they have to offer. There is an extreme lack of follow through on doing anything they say they are going to do and many of the workers are very unhappy and rude to guests.

Stayed Nov 3, 2019Property was not at all like described one of our bedrooms was in the basement completely separated from rest of villa. Golf cart was broken more than half of week we were there. We had to call 3 to 4 times a day to get beverages delivered to villa some days they didn’t come at all. All restaurants were selected for us we had no say where we could eat. First night we were forced to eat at buffet that was not good. Owner we booked through was notified of problems and was not able to correct anything. We were supposed to be picked up in limousine instead put in old van without air conditioner. Staff at resort were constantly trying to sell you a membership. Management at resort extremely rude I would not recommend anyone go there.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent our week at LHVC being waited on hand and foot. Our days started with breakfast prepared by the chef in our villa, served on the lanai as we took in the early morning sun. After splashing around in the pool, we headed to the beach or wherever to sightsee. Maid service was excellent and our villa was always spotless. The restaurants for dinner were excellent. Azul, VIP, Jazz, etc. all had a unique experience from the last. I cant say enough about the attention to detail. Definitely going back!!!
