Stayed Aug 18, 2021we spent two hours checking in (our room was not ready at the time we arrived...so they said) and then when we did check in...it was so much paper work to fill out and crap to take care...fees to pay in case of.... that when we were finally handed the keys, it was the wrong rooms with someone else's name attached. At that point we were done with this property and called another property close who took us in with half the hassle.
