Stayed Sep 28, 2024My group of 6 women spent 8 nights in this wonderful spot. It was as advertised. We were looking for a large space with many en suite bedrooms and this property fits the bill. It is a short drive from the quaint village of Spello and conveniently located to travel Umbria in all locations.the view from the property was breathtaking, especially at night when the town was lit up.please note that there is no common living room area in the main part of the house. Howeber, our group convened either in the many inviting outdoor spaces or in the large dining room adjacent to the industrial kitchen. This did not bother us. There were some glitches with air control, but the property manager addressed them quickly. If you want to stay in the yrue Umbria, this place is for you.withishort drive from Spello

Stayed Jul 24, 2023Our party of 10 had a lovely, chilled holiday at the villa. Fabio, our host was always contactable and made sure our stay was always enjoyable. The views and pool were stunning. Only sorry that we only had a week there!

Stayed Jul 14, 2023The house is perfect for large groups - we were 2 families with 6 teenagers. 7 bedrooms and each with private bathrooms + 3 bathrooms in common areas ?? The house has a fabulous view of the beautiful Spello and the mountains. Everything is within 10-30 minutes drive Spello, Foglino, Perugia, Assis Bevagna. And once you get back from a trip you will enjoy the large pool - again with the most amazing and spectacular view. GREAT PLACE ??

Stayed Jul 16, 2022Special location near fantastic Spello. Amazing view. Nice bedrooms, professional kitchen. Incredible pool. Good maintanance. Thanks a lot! Family (three generations) with 2 babies enjoyed every moment.
