Casa South Breeze beachfront Villa located in the heart of Puerto Morelos

A lovely place, absolutely perfect. A great layout when you have a lot of folks. Host was very responsive and helpful and the caretaker Felix is pure gold. 10/10 would stay again!!!!

If you want peace and quiet while vacationing in the Cancun area, this beautiful house is the place to be. My friends and I have stayed in the area before at resorts, but we wanted something more on the quiet side. The constant crashing of the waves was a soothing sound as we decompressed. Deborah at the office was magnificent in answering all of our questions and providing tips for us. Felix, the caretaker, helped us to get settled and took care of some practical needs. It is totally safe and the walk on the beach to the center of Puerto Morelos took us about 25 minutes. There are a bunch of good restaurants there but the best meals we had were in the house. We had Chef Jorge and his assistant Fatima come twice. The meals he prepared were beyond phenomenal. It is more than you would pay in town but you get what you pay for.Three of the bedrooms have private baths. If someone stays in the fourth bedroom with the twin beds, you would need to share the bathroom with someone else. The views on the roof were great and a good place for cocktails as the sun sets. The worst part of staying there was leaving. We all wanted a few more days. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the area.

Our caretaker, Felix, went above and beyond to make our stay phenomenal! He was always available and ready to help in anyway we needed. From booking our excursions and adventures to topping it off with an in- house cooked local Mexican meal that was delicious and extremely well done with friendly locals. We loved the house. We had a wonderful family vacation in your home. Eight members of our family, ranging in age from 2 to 73, gathered to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary, two birthdays, and Thanksgiving. The accommodations were perfect for our group. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

We had a wonderful time at this rustic Mexican property. Deborah with the property management company was a super resource to assist with various special arrangements and services including a wonderful catered meal at the house (Jorge Fatima were great!) and open to any other special requests. Morning coffee overlooking the sea was fantastic and Mr. Felix would check in each morning to clean the pool and take care of any debris or bring water or take out the kitchen trash. The jacuzzi is a jets only pool — not heated — and with the constant ocean breeze we scarcely noticed that the AC runs only in the bedrooms at night. The location is a bit off the beaten path and while you can walk to Puerto Morelos, we were glad to have rented a car as it would have been approx 30-40 minute walk along the beach to the square. Bring your portable speaker to bluetooth your music!

We had a very relaxing stay. The pool and grounds are beautiful. Felix was very attentive to our needs and questions. :)

Very good for 6 adults. Private pool and hot tub, beach out front. Walking distance to town center. Pretty much all you need.

My husband and I had a terrific two week vacation there; the first week with our children and their partners; the second with our sisters. The location was excellent; quiet and right by the sea. A short walk into Puerto Morelos. The house is beautifully designed; lots of spots to be alone or hang out together. Would definitely consider going back.
