Casa Honiol: Private and spacious villa with sea views

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was just as it looked in the photos and just as we hoped. The villa was clean and all the rooms were good sizes. It’s the outside area that just makes this place spectacular- so many different seating areas. And of course the pool!Great location, near the sea, beach, shops and town but in a quiet road. We loved it. The host was great to deal too. 10/10

Everything was perfect, great living areas inside and out, with 4 different dining areas and plenty of space. Air-con in bedrooms was quiet and effective, and the pool is a real standout feature. Just a few minutes drive to supermarket, town and beach.

This villa ticks all the boxes and more. Its in a excellent location, just a 10 minute walk to town and 15 minute walk to the beach. The villa itself is fabulous. All the bedrooms are a great size and the bathrooms are big. The kitchen is very well equiped with every utensil you could need and there are lots of seating areas both inside and out. The outside area is fantastic, with sunbeds, umbreallas and a BBQ. The pool is a great size and much bigger than expected. We would recommend this villa to anyone and everyone. The host, Victor, was incredibly responsive helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We give our stay 10 out of 10.

The villa was beautiful, the pool area was private and lovely. The cliff and ocean views within steps of the villa were just gorgeous. The owners took care to make sure the house had everything anyone would need to have a lovely stay. We very much appreciated all the books along with all the brochures they had in the house that helped us explore the island. There are a lot of separate spaces if you wanted any quiet time and the location is convenient to the airport (without any flights overhead). The beach just down the hill was very nice and so close you could spend half the day at the beach and the other half at the pool.

We had a great stay at this lovely property. There was plenty of space for our family...2 adults and 4 teenagers. The pool area is great and very well connected to the villa. The villa has great proximity to local walks along the cliff tops around to calescoves along the Cami de Cavalls and is convenient for the short walk into the town and beach. Supermarket was a short walk away and had everything we needed. You don't need to hire a car however we hired one for the second half of our stay and visited various places all around the island. We found some beautiful places. The bus into Mahon is easy and quick and the airport is close by and convenient. Ciutadella is only around a 40 minute drive and is a beautiful city. The villa is in a quiet location at the edge of the town with stunning sea views and views of the sunset just on the cliff top around the back of the property. Very well equipped and owner very responsive to questions. Will definitely return to beautiful Menorca and would definitely stay here again. Wonderful holiday.

The villa was lovely, plenty of room for the 5 of us and great location with secluded garden and good views.

We have just returned from our 10 day stay here it is a lovely villa , outside area and pool was great. Well equipped villa with everything you need. Within walking distance of the bars, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this villa.

The property is a great size ,and the outside space just as good ,plenty of sunbathing areas and beds and a large pool Outside area is fenced in The supermarket and restaurants are are a 10 minute stroll down the road Excellent location very quite Lovely beach as well Would definitely recommend this villa there were 5 adults one child 4+and one 10 months plenty big enough
