Busaba Villa 7 - 3 Bedroom - Pool

Our Busaba villa was beautiful very clean and tidy and set in a beautiful secure location both John and Kay were great hosts and nothing was to much trouble in assisting us we highly recommend Busaba pool villa No 7

We are repeat visitors and once again had a great, relaxing stay. The property itself is lovely, spacious and comfortable. What makes staying in these villas stand out is the level of customer service and good communication. Everything went smoothly and all enquiries were dealt with quickly. There are a number of additional services available (airport pickup/dropoff, pre-arrival grocery shopping, massage in the villa, good food delivery) which John can arrange. Highly recommend!

Busaba pool villas are an oasis of tranquillity in Hua Hin. We were in a 5 star hotel and decided to stay in Hua Hin longer if we could find a property with a private pool. We were very lucky to find a slot between rentals at Busaba and stayed in Villa 7. Villa 7 has 3 bedrooms and the daily rate is similar to a single room in a local 5 star hotel. The property is exceptionally clean, including the pool, which has crystal clear water. The TV has access to multiple film and music options. The grounds are immaculately well looked after and there is good security – perfect for families with children. The property is located in South Hua Hin and we had a car but, there is always a Hua Hin taxi parked outside the entrance to the villa complex. Olive restaurant is a few minutes walk from the property and serves very good Italian and Thai food – the seafood is wonderful. The owners Kay and John live at Villa 8 and are extremely helpful and run a highly professional business to European standards. The staff are very friendly. This property comes highly recommended.

It’s my third review of Villa #7. This time stayed for a period of 6 weeks, at least a part of the family did as I had to work. So….how to review a 3rd time Villa #7? How do you review “your” home? … as this is what Villa #7 and Hua Hin is meanwhile for us. A home in Thailand with the best “neighbors” a.k.a hosts, Kay and John. Very nice house and pool. Quiet area. Any question you might have, just ask the owner who lives next door and he will help you.

Believe me this villa has it all. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend as ideal for a family or two couples.

We enjoyed our stay and found the villa very comfortable. You do need a car to make the most of your stay. John and Kay where very lovely people.

For anyone out there who wants a superb holiday staying in a 5 star luxurious villa that beats any hotel hands down has got everything you will need and is in a quite stunning location then please look no further than this place , the owners John & Kay are the perfect hosts and will do anything to meet your needs , they more than made us feel right at home The villa was spotlessly clean and tidy and we both loved the outside shower from the master bedroom. John & Kay provided us with all the info for places to go from things to do , to restaurants and pubs , we tried a good few and were highly impressed with them all especially a wee restaurant 5 minutes walk from the villa called Olive the food in there is amazing My friends who have stayed here many times before recommended this place to us and boy they were not wrong with everything they said about it so I can't wait to get booked up again in the new year Thanks again to John & Kay for making our stay so memorable and for a lovely day on Xmas day with great people and great food. This was our second time to this villa, it is very nicely furnished and very private with its own pool, contains all the necessary amenities (Hi speed internet access and 2 x Flat screen TV's with an array of films and live TV programs from BBC). John and Kay give you the ability to order groceries and wine/beers for you so that on arrival you’re straight into holiday mode. It is perfectly located - about 5 minutes to the town centre by car or taxi and plenty of small local Thai restaurants/bars within easy walking distance and you won’t believe how little the meals cost. The photos on the website certainly do the villa justice and there is even a mobile phone with some credit for your use with useful numbers logged into it. We took up the option of car hire for our stay and put it to good use as we are ardent golfers, there are many courses in the area including Banyan, Sea Pines, and Black Mountain, which are probably the best courses. As well as these Springfield, Imperial Lake and Majestic all offer good facilities and are less expensive. Another option offered by John and Kay is a VIP transfer through the airport and your transport to the villa, an option I would thoroughly recommend. The complete service offered by the hosts I truly believe would be hard to improve upon and it is no wonder that people like my wife and me return here.
