Busaba Villa 11 - 4 Bedroom - Pool

Once more it was great to be back, this time for a fifth year. The peace and tranquility of this lovely estate was so welcome after what was a nightmare journey beginning with Manchester's snow and fog bound airport! What was also great was the welcome from John & Kay as we arrived - just like coming home to good friends really and, the same with previous returning regulars, it gets more difficult everytime to write a different review. You just can't do any better than to say great place, great location and wonderful hosts with good supporting staff....the best compliment is to go back (again) and, like many other extremely satisfied guests, we've already booked that - Feb 20 seems a long way away!

As always when we stay at one of the villa's of John & Kay we feel like we are home. John & Kay are the 2 nicest persons in Hua Hin, their villa's are the best. Quality of the houses is 110%, all you need is there.... and more. Always when we think John can't do better he improves! Only downsite is leaving and the fact that the villa's are always fully booked and you should be lucky to be able to make a reservation :-) We hope to stay there many more times Hanry & Manon

This was our fifth visit to Busaba having previously stayed in Villa 11 and Villa 7. We keep returning to this place because it offers everything we need for a family holiday .On this occasion there were seven in our party and Villa 11 suited our requirements perfectly. As always John and Kay made us most welcome and were always on hand should we need any advice or help. We would heartily recommend Busaba Villa11 to a family group looking for peace and quiet in a lovely setting. Hua Hin itself is a lovely town with all amenities at hand for a wonderful holiday. We'll be back!!

Yip - it's us again.. 15th visit to Busaba and always as good as ever. How do I write an original review - not possible - it's every bit as good every time we come and we have now worked out that all in all we have spent about a year of our lives in Busuba - that should tell you how much we love it!. This year was a busy time with friends and family over 2 villas for some of the time. John & Kay as always couldn't do enough for us and it is always very sad when the time comes to say goodbye - but only until the next time! Delighted to say that Olive restaurant (5 mins walk) is still going well, in fact, better than ever. The food is so good we only occasionally go into town now. This villa is great for friends, families or just a couple on their own. It is so private and we are relaxed the minute we walk through the gate. Thanks again John & Kay - see you again soon xx

This was our fourth visit to Busaba and we have booked to return later this year. Definitely turning into a (most enjoyable) habit! This time we stayed in Villa 11 with another two couples and find the villa ideal for friends and family. Busaba is ideally located in a very quiet and secluded area of Hua Hin but is only a short tuk tuk ride away from the town's many amenities. John and Kay are the most attentive of hosts, nothing is too much trouble. As I say, our next visit will be our fifth which really tells you all you need to know! We have also stayed in Villa 7 which is equally nice but slightly smaller. Also have to make a mention of Olive restaurant which is two minutes walk from Busaba. They serve wonderful Thai and Italian food at very reasonable prices. So looking forward to our return in November. To John and Kay - many thanks once again.

The villa was fantastic we stayed ther very comfortably with 3 adults and 4 children. Everything that was expected exceeded our expectations, the pool was fantastic all the tv's played a huge range of movies and programmes that suited all the family, everything that we needed to enjoy our holiday was catered for,cleanliness was excellent and pool cleaned regularly with plenty of towels. John the owner greeted us was fantastic with helping us out,and giving us information on how to get about,where to eat etc.we go to thailand all the time but this villa by far is the best villa we have stopped in and will definitely will be going back to stay again.thankyou john and Kay we will see you again soon

Yes - we were back again - but this time with a difference! We 'sneakily' got married in the UK on the Thursday before flying out to Thailand. We were joined by 8 friends, 2 of them on their first visit to Thailand. Our cousins also flew in from Australia to stay in the villa next to ours. So once everyone was together we had a superb party and surprised everyone with our news. Needless to say there were tears and huge celebrations! Our thanks to everyone for sharing in our special party. The guys had brought their kilts (we made up a story why they should bring them!) so there was Ceilidh dancing on the deck and lots of fun. Kay also was in her mini kilt to support us - lovely! - and Imboon and Imjai (the dogs) were even in kilts!) We were there for 4 weeks this time and our last week on our own - so I guess that was the Honeymoon part. But we couldn't have chosen a better place to make our 'Holidaymoon' so special and it was wonderful to be able to include John and Kay. Tried a few new places this time - Soi 94 is really up and coming with quite a few new bars and restaurants but it is hard to beat the food in Olive which is just a few minutes walk from the villa. And of course Manee Bar - always a fun night. Ian's restaurant near Cicada Market. Superb steaks! (if by chance you need a break from Thai food) Oh and I haven’t said much about the villa – but being our 13th visit it’s been said before…. Just the best – clean, airy, well equipped, great wi-fi and state of the art TV/entertainment system - and the lovely Kay (and of course John) on hand if you have any problems or questions. We are already booked for next year - guess that says it all. Thanks again John and Kay - missing you already! xx

Our third and definitely not last visit to Busaba Pool Villas! From the meet and greet service at Bangkok airport to our departure two weeks later everything was as we have come to expect from John and Kay - first class. The villa itself is in a very quiet location yet only minutes from town by a very cheap and plentiful taxi service. As always, the villa was spotlessly clean and superbly well equipped. We have visited Busaba with our three children and also on a couples only holiday and would suggest that it is perfect for either a family holiday or for a chill out with friends. Hua Hin is packed full of excellent restaurants but if you need advice on choice there is a list of places in the villa that John and Kay have personally checked out. There is also a list of things to do and places to visit again all recommended by the owners. On our most recent visit, three of the guys went to a fabulous Thai cookery school in town - a brilliant day. This again was recommended by John and he has the details. So to some up - fantastic accommodation in a quiet location with something for everyone! Finally, thanks once again to John and Kay for all your help - see you next year!!

Superb stay at Hua Hin Busaba pool villa's number 11 The totally relaxing vacation, Kay and John excellent hosts, and have a very professional / slick operation from getting off the aircraft, right the way to end of my vacation Would definitely return, and recommend it to everyone
