The Villa is only a short stroll (approx 400m) from the town centre, with a number of interesting specialty shops, Woolworths supermarket, bottle shops and pubs.

300 metres down the road is Anabel's of Scottsdale, the National Trust listed a la carte restaurant and reception centre, set in a beautiful old world garden featuring huge rhododendrons.

The North-East Rail Trail passes through the town in the same street as the villas (approx 300m to one of the main trail entrances). A specialty bike shop in Scottsdale can accommodate all your biking needs (the Red Dirt Bike Company). The high family friendly trail features no traffic and an easy gradient. The trail meanders through varied rural countryside, past farms and through forests featuring large man ferns. Due to so many third party websites taking away useful check in information, it was difficult to check in alone. But checking staff were amazingly helpful even at the late hour I got in. The house was neat and tidy. And in great condition. Would stay there again!

Belle villa was beautifully appointed and had everything we could have wanted. Washing machine and dryer makes such a difference when travelling around. Very comfortable and we used it as a base for three days and were easily able to take day trips in any direction from there.

The best thing to say about this property is that it is in a handy position to the shops, and it has more potential as a a pleasant, clean and comfortable accommodation than is being realised at this time.
