Beautiful well appointed GOLD STANDARD 3B/4B beachfront villa. Reviews tell all

My husband and I have been on multiple islands throughout the world and this BY FAR was absolutely perfect. Secret Beach was phenomenal. The local food was plentiful with a large variety. I would highly recommend Portobino for a romantic dinner, CoCo Cabana for brunch and the gelato at Tropical Beach. Damian was our caretaker and he was so pleasant and Vikki and her Mom made AMAZING dinners and their housekeeping was impeccable. YOU WILL NOT regret Caye Villas. We will be back.

These are great places to stay for access to pool and beach time. Being a bit out of town is a nice escape frome the business of downtown. We added a golf cart rental to our stay so that we could go explore.

The property is pristine and very well managed by onsite caretakers including a housekeeper, groundskeeper, and security dog, named Rocky, who was our stand-in family pet while we were on vacation. The beds are comfortable. The pool is clean and refreshing. Ten out of ten. We will stay here again!

Damien was great and loved the location!

I cannot express enough of how happy I was with this rental. From everything to the property management to the cleanness of the house to the beautiful landscape. Me being a single mom planning a vacation with my kids I had a lot of concerns and fears. With this wonderful crew I had no reason for concern. Kris helped me with all my questions. She arranged transportation from the ferry to the house and rented our golf cart for us. She was eager to help in all ways possible. Having Damian, the onsite caretaker, was a blessing. He helped us with anything we needed, it was nice having him there for support and help. I felt so safe at night with the security guard onsite. And let's not forget about Rocky the security dog. Rocky adopted us as his family, even slept on our porch. When my son was fishing on the pier Rocky kept watch over him on the beach and barked as people walked by. This house was just as described in the listing. It was peaceful and beautiful. The only thing I did not like was the beach in front of the house had seaweed blooming and was not really a good spot to swim. It really didn't bother us that much because we spent time at Secret Beach, about 20 min cart ride, and took tours. Speaking of tours, I highly recommend Clinton with Ali Mermaid Adventures. We took two different tours with him, and they were fabulous. You can tell he paid attention to detail in our trip planning. He even came to the house to go over the details of the tours with us.

An amazing spot. Having the ocean and the pool within 50 yards of the condo was incredible. The view from the upper deck was everything one could dream of for an island abode. Damien the property manger was wonderful. He was so friendly and helpful. His presence made the stay that much better. Thank you Damien!

This is a wonderful property run by wonderful people in a fantastic location!

Spacious villa overlooking a lovely walkable beach. The villa is filled with beautiful artwork from regional artists. We enjoyed sitting on the large porch with the ocean views and breeze. The good sized common pool shared by the 5 villas was clean and never busy. We appreciated having an onsite manager and security guard (and dog) at night. There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance, but it's about a 20 to 30 minute ride to San Pedro Town so renting a golf is a must. All in all it was a great location for scuba diving and snorkeling on Ambergris Caye.

My husband and our 3 sons stayed at this beautiful property for a week. Janice was so helpful in organizing transportation and answering any questions. Damien was amazing. Loved having him around. He was super helpful and so friendly. It was also so nice having Vladmir on the premises each night. Our villa had more than enough space for us. It was great there there was enough beds as well as enough bathrooms and showers. I loved spending time on the porch every morning listening to the palm trees and the ocean. It was just so peaceful and relaxing. It was really nice to have a full sized pool and plenty of seating around it as well. We spent one day fishing and snorkeling, which was so cool. The rest of the time we explored the bars and loved Secret Beach. I definitely recommend not only Belize but the Caye Villas. Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful!
