Stayed Jul 26, 2025The villa was comfortable and provided all facilities that we required. The views were amazing and the villa provided a very tranquil and relaxing environment. We really enjoyed our stay and the owners were a delight to deal with.

Stayed May 27, 2019Beautiful house with incredible views of the sea, Capri, Ischia, and Napoli and a special little pathway from the backyard to the center of this charming, little town. Quiet and peaceful away from the hustle bustle of the busier towns, the neighborhood is truly lovely with a magical staircase leading to a walk by the sea taking you to the marina and a couple of delicious restaurants. We did not spend nearly enough time in this magical place. My advice is to check, double and triple check on all services and expectations, you will be glad you did for peace of mind and true relaxing enjoyment in this very special place.

Stayed Mar 24, 2019We are a couple with a 1 year old and we visited in low season at the end of March 2019. The villa is every bit as beautiful as seen on the photos. We travelled to various destinations along the Amalfi Coast and can honestly say the view from the villa was the best view we saw. As it was low season and temperatures were lower the pool was not in use. It does say this in the advert however if I could make one recommendation it would be to have the pool in use if it is heated. We use our hot tub at home in England more so in colder months because it is heated. It was not a major issue as we still enjoyed ourselves drinking wine on the patio, taking in the stunning views and enjoying the complete silence. All three of us (including our 1 year old) enjoyed the best sleep due the complete silence. The villa does have a bbq however we did not see any charcoal in any of the local stores we visited. So again this could be an optional extra that could be provided as an added touch. It may be the stores do not stock charcoal at this time of year and we enjoyed cooking inside and found ample pots and pans etc. I just like to provide constructive feedback that may help the owners improve service is all. Location wise, we found the villa perfectly located for the things we wanted to do. It sits somewhere in the middle of Sorrento and Positano. 20 mins to Sorrento and about 40 mins to Positano. As mentioned in other reviews the drive down to the villa from the village road is VERY steep. I actually found it fun but would consider myself a very confident driver. More nervous drivers/passengers may find it difficult. I would recommend hiring as small a car as possible to make it easier but we had a fairly large car and had no issues. It is this drive that gives the villa its perfect location, nestled on the hillside so you can't have one without the other. Pasquale, the concierge, we found to a lovely, charming man and very helpful. He attended the villa early each morning to take away the trash. We never saw or heard him, the trash was just taken each day. He was very helpful in booking things for us. He organised our tickets to Capri from a local village which we found very helpful. It was closer than Sorrento and less busy. I recommend this boat trip, which goes around the island and the guided tour of Capri. All in all we had a fantastic time and will definitely return to this exact villa!! Bellisimo!

Stayed Aug 14, 2018Amazing views from the house, very quiet and private and great house. The only reason it’s not a 5 is that the drive to get to the house is difficult and not for everyone. The road is very narrow, steep and with lots of turns. Other than that, it was amazing.

Stayed May 17, 2018We spent 5 days here at the end of May and had a wonderful time. The views from this property and it's terrace are unbelievable - money can't buy stuff. The terrace has plenty of seating, plus two sun loungers with a great little plunge pool, and view of Capri that's unrivaled. The silence is only ever broken by the noise of the boats in the bay. The house itself is well equipped, with two nice bedrooms, both sharing a balcony again overlooking the view. The bathroom is sufficient, and a separate toilet available downstairs is also helpful. The owner (Pasqale) is super friendly, very helpful, and very close by so always on hand to help. He really is an excellent guy and very generous. There are a couple of things you should note: - No ironing board. There's an iron, but no board. A little frustrating, and could be fixed very easily. - Internet is very slow. For us not an issue - we didn't go away to be on the internet. However, if you're expecting internet (as it's advertised) it's almost unusable really. We found we had better cellular data coverage with our phones if near the pool but that of course depends on having free/enough data to rely on your phone. - Lastly, there is parking for a large vehicle. However, be warned, the drive to and from the property from Termini is not for the feint hearted. The road is VERY steep, narrow and quite frightening first time. We had a SUV (Ford Kuga) and if you stopped on the up hill part, it was difficult to get going without wheel spinning and rolling back down the hill. You could walk to Termini, but I suspect it's a tough 20 minute walk. However, that all said, we loved the property. Very remote, very quiet, and as I mentioned... that view!
