Stayed Jun 29, 2025Beautiful stay with the family (kids, bonus kids, and grandkids) with a beautiful pool, lemon trees, and lots of accommodations with our family (having various ages). Not too far from Sorrento, and Pompeii and day long boat excursion around Capri. The hand-picked guide for our Pompeii & boat excursions were fantastic, along with the in-villa chef experience. We would want to stay here again. We had a great family experience. Anytime there was a challenge, Gianluca would take a text and address it very timely. The one major challenge we had was there was no AC on first floor but it was fabulous (very chilled) on 2nd and 3rd floors… and it happen to be a week of 90 degrees (Fahrenheit).

Stayed Jun 23, 2024We loved our stay at Villa Lucia! Massa Lubrense is the sweetest little town just a 5-minute walk from the villa. Coffee shops, grocers, boutiques, butchers, and restaurants are all within a short stroll. And the views of the sea are breathtaking from the town’s overlook. The villa is gorgeous, historic, spacious, has incredible views, is in a great location! We enjoyed dips in the pool and spent the afternoon poolside on our last day. The best part of our stay was the care and attentiveness we received from Barbara, the Villa’s hostess. She saved us in Naples by finding us transportation on the spot after we missed our bus due to our train’s late arrival! She met us at the villa, helped with our luggage (!), and was at our fingertips any time we needed guidance. She booked a pizza chef to come prepare pizzas in the villa’s pizza oven and best of all she (and her precious daughter) taught us how to make homemade pasta on our last night. It was the perfect way to end our once-in-a-lifetime multi-generational girls’ trip! My only suggestion is that the pool’s lounge furniture needs to be replaced immediately. They are worn straight through and are quite uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a lovely stay at Villa Lucia! We would love to come back and bring our whole family!

Stayed Oct 12, 2023We were a group of 10 celebrating my 60th Birthday and the Villa had everything we were hoping for. Location up the hill from Sorrento was terrific and right on the bus line. We were able to cook dinners, and each couple had their own bedroom with ensuite bathroom. We took advantage of the Pizza Oven to have a Pizza Chef come cook one evening - so fun and so delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed the grounds and pool. The host was very responsive and helpful in pre-trip planning as well as when we were there! We would stay there again!...The beds are a little hard, but other than that -- Perfect!! Thank you!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was the perfect place for our group. We were 7 people, all friends from youth reuniting for a 30th birthday. For many of us it was the first time getting together since before the pandemic. The location is the best. It is maybe 20 minutes to Sorrento by bus, and the bus was a 5 min walk from the villa and only cost 2 euros to take. the views on the bus ride are also amazing so we defiantly recommend that. there are tasty places to eat in the quaint Massa Lubrense. The villa itself is something out of a movie. Unfortunately for us it did rain 4/7 days we were there HOWEVER on the days the sun came out the views are unparalled. You can see Capri from the balcony. And the lemons were in full fruit in the front garden. It was such a spacious villa and perfect for all of us to come together and still have our own spaces. Barbara checked us in, and was an amazing resource for us. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable even providing her number so our car service drivers could easily find the villa for pick ups and drop offs. Leaving this place felt like leaving home and none of us were ready to leave.
