Beautiful Luxurious, Spacious Villa, Salt Water Pool, Roof Bar & Sea Views.

Filter coffee machine was missing other than that great place

Fantastic property, great location in Kalkan and a great view over the bay. The villa is in excellent condition and the host was extremely helpful before, during and after in all dealings. We stayed as a family of six people, mixed ages and all loved the week. The villa's size gave everyone a chance to relax and the outdoors area was large enough to swim..great pool, eat, large table and sunbath, a large number of sunbeds. Everything catered for... highly recommend.

A few minor maintenance issues that were dealt with fairly promptly.Plenty of space throughout the inside villa and outside dining and pool areas.Very well stocked with kitchen equipment utensils and crockery etcGood value for the region.Overall great stay with our family.

Just enjoyed a week at the lovely Villa Yaz. Highly recommend a stay here as it’s spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely big pool area. The owner has thought of everything. Any issues, he responds in a timely manner and sorts immediately. My only comment would be, not for the faint hearted as the hills are very steep but taxis available within 10 minutes of calling.Lovely restaurants in a couple of minutes walking distance. Highly recommend a boat while staying in Kalkan.

Where do I start with this. The villa is absolutely stunning. 10 of us stayed and there is no shortage of space. The view is incredible. The villa feels like home with everything supplied that you need which is so rare in a holiday villa. Its spotlessly clean. The owner is really helpful before and during your stay. Kalkan is beautiful. We simply loved it and didn't want to leave. I would recommend you look no further and get this wonderful placed booked asap!

Simply Amazing, the villa had the best sea views ever and plenty of sitting spaces and views to choose from. You can never get bored ! The villa was very clean and well equipped from all aspects (including board games!) For someone who travels alot, it was definitely the most comfortable place we stayed at and it made us feel like we are staying at our own home.

We have been travelling to turkey for 10 years now. We have stayed in many many villas. Beautoful villas but none of them came close to villa Yaz. The cleanliness was incredible. You could walk all day barefoot on the stone floors and your feet are still as clean as you stepped out of the shower. The bathrooms, kitchen area, living area met every expectation - and we have very high expectations! But the views! Aaah the views. The best we have enjoyed yet. There is not one negative I can say here. The owner was helpful and accommodating in every way. The property manager was responsive whenever we needed something. All in all. The very best villa in Turkey that we have experienced. Rest assured. If you are looking for safe and secure and stunningly beautiful place to stay on the coast of southern Turkey- this is it.
