Beautiful and Clean two bedroom villa with Golf Course view

Beautiful property with a wonderful outdoor setup!

Petra was a courteous, responsive host. The property was beautiful and exactly as the listing advertised.

Second year staying at this incredible house which remains as wonderful as my review of last year on VRBO. The new owners are maintaining the house well and have added some wonderful touches of their own. The island-based manager, Petra, is wonderful with near-instantaneous responses, excellent and professional communication, and an incredible resource for information regarding the house and all things Aruba. Really a 6 star propert on the 5 star VRBO rating scale!

This was one of the best vacation homes we have ever enjoyed. Our favorite parts include the spaciousness and beauty of the outdoor pool area, the luxurious finishings in the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the exceptionally well furnished kitchen. The kitchen has everything included: coffee, Nespresso pods, a great assortment of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and accessories. This is particularly nice since eating out in Aruba can get pricey. The house also includes all kinds of beach and snorkeling gear, chairs, sun shelters, towels, and the like. The whole development is incredible including the restaurant that has great food, excellent service and stunning views. Petra was an incredible host who was thorough, helpful and accessible. She made the stay truly great as well. Many thanks to her as well. We would definitely return!!

My husband, brother and sister-in-law and I all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Highlights included the peaceful and private backyard overlooking the golf course with many areas to dwell (especially in the shade), gorgeous pool, kitchen with all of the amenities (and I mean spices, oils and more!), as well as all kinds of other practical amenities (eg. a clothesline on which to dry our towels and clothes). Staying in the gated Tierra del Sol community provided us close proximity to the Palm Beach area, as well as a short walking distance to the ocean. Petra was responsive, helpful and a delight to deal with!

Petra welcomed us as soon as we arrived and showed us everything in the villa and answered all of our questions. The villa itself was perfect - we came back every night to peace and quiet. Amazing snorkeling and quiet beaches only 4 minutes away. Highly recommend!

The house is exactly as described with up-to-date maintenance, excellent air-conditioning, comfortable bedding and is well-equipped throughout. The outdoor spaces are beautifully landscaped with sun or shade available in comfortable chairs all day long and the outside spaces are beautifully lit up at night. You can spend all day floating in the private pool looking out over the golf course in a backyard oasis. Also of note is the excellent property management. Petra and her husband Sander are extremely attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with!

It had been a number of year since we were last in Aruba. It was a beautiful place to visit and enjoy. Working with Petra was great. She was nice, responsive, and communicated well with us. She even contacted us to let us know when stores would be closed due to the Christmas holiday and offered to help us with some grocery shopping prior to our arrival. I can't say enough good things about her. The whole process went smoothly. The property was as described, comfortable, and lovely.

We had a great time on our trip to Aruba. Petra was an excellent host and was attentive to all our requests. The home was exactly what we were looking for and in a great location!!! I would book again in future.
