Beachfront Villa Inca- Breakfast included

Amazing location, except one rather large omission from the property photos. The photos for this property need to be updated, as the ocean view is definitely NOT what is uploaded on VRBO. The owner never mentioned to me that her neighbor was building another house just in front of the full ocean view. Looking outside toward the pool you will only see the new home being built, which cuts off about 40% of the ocean view. AND they were still working on the house, so there were skill saws, drills sounds, and workman looking over at our pool every day!. The new house was only about 15 ft away, so our private ocean view vacation was not what we had planned. As to the staff, both our driver & house staff were just amazing, so warm & just lovely people. The owner when we corresponded was also very nice and did give us some discounts after hearing about all of the issues. But honestly, I believe she should have told me about the construction and issues with the house before my booking, especially letting me know the view was now compromised. I will not go back to this house, as I chose this home for it's amazing view (from old photos) and the fantastic architecture. I really wanted to have a secluded private home with a fantastic view away from the city, a very quiet private week to relax for the week and unfortunately that was not the case. :( Oh yes, Insects, bugs, ants, salemanders, cockroaches were also present everyday in the house.

We absolutely loved our stay. It is an amazing beautiful property. Fantastic place to get away. You are well looked after with a delicious breakfast in the morning. Great place to chill, order in-house massage & take aways in!! Just stunning! We hope to come back again.
