Unit A-1, a clean 2-storey holiday house, located very close to lake Beratan and market, only minutes walk to botanical garden, can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beds, a perfect place for getaway in the mountains to unwind and relax or a quality time with your family and friends, with 24 hours security gate.
The house consist of a living room with a sofa and dining area.
2 bedrooms, one bathroom in the master bedroom, and another bathroom in the common area (living room), both with hot shower.
2 double beds in upper floor (loft style) with access to balcony overlooking the Lake, and Terrace/patio with seating in lower floor.

The location was great. The house was nicely laid out but needs to be cleaned. It smelled like moth balls, needed to be repainted inside and needs a new refrigerator. There are less expensive properties in this area that are nicer and cleaner.
