Strand 12 is located at Roompot holiday park Zeeland Village in the village of Scharendijke at the head of the Brouwersdam. Scharendijke is a small village with several cafés and restaurants. The park is in a beautiful location between the charming villages of Renesse, Burg-Haamstede, and Zierikzee. A little further you are in Goes and Middelburg. The North Sea beach and the Grevelingenmeer are just a few minutes' walk away.

Strand 12 is located at Roompot holiday park Zeeland Village. Zeeland Village is very spacious compared to other parks. It has a very well-kept appearance and the types of homes give a real holiday feeling.

The facilities at the park are limited. There is a small heated swimming pool and there is a common room with a pool table and reception. The park is right next to a large supermarket of the Plus.
