Aqua Dreams, Htd Priv Salt Pool, At Beach, Guest hse, 4 Kng BRs for 12, Lg Spa!!

Stayed here for a week in January and it was amazing! The house had everything you can think of!! the beach was right there and pretty much a private beach. We went to the Shop Rite day one and got groceries for breakfast & lunch and went out for dinner each night! Marna gave great recommendations and was easily reachable throughout the stay. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Despite some issues in the house, the host came through in the end and we had a good time

What a amazing week in exuma. House had a ton of room for us and our 4 kids (adult and teens) location was super easy and close to airport. Selling point was a generator however it wasnt working half the week due to battery but understand 100%. Totally get it things break and it is hard to repair quickly. Any issues we had they were ALL over it and SUPER fast. We didnt have many. It was an amazing week. Beach is amazing!! On windy days we had pool day which handled 4 adults and 2 teens. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. Property manager was literally amazing!!! She always answered and helped me w other things not just the rental. I would 100% rent this property again!!!!

Aqua Dreams was an awesome place to stay. Pool and hot tub were incredible. Literally 100 steps to the most beautiful beach. 5 minutes from the airport. Centrally located so we could easily drive to both ends of the island. Walking distance to Tim’s on the Bay was definitely a plus. Lots of cookware and utensils in both kitchens (one bedroom is a mother in law.suite).

Fully equipped home and we had everything we needed and wanted. Spacious for our group of 9. Very comfortable beds and linens. AC worked great so we were very comfortable. Loved the pool and hot tub at the end of our days of exploring. Very short walk to a great beach and really liked the location of the home which was close to the airport. 2 sets of washers and dryers were quite convenient. We were able to enter early, straight from the airport. We had an outdated code on our check-in instructions so couldn’t get in right away but owner was responsive. Property manager came right over to introduce herself, but we didn’t need to contact her during our stay. Everyone had a great time using the kayaks and paddle boards. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach .if weather is not windy beach would be great but if windy no can use the beach. Waves to high. Pool and hot tub will have to do. Internet in guest house works great .just dont have the front door open that kills it.They have all the stuff for the beach. All photos on the ad are real and true.

Our group of 4 adults loved our stay at Aqua Dreams! After exploring the entire island for 5 days, we're convinced that it is the best spot on Exuma. The house is an easy 3 minute drive from the airport (with absolutely no airport noise) and located on a gorgeous beach front. Easy walk to a nice beach bar for drinks and meals. About a 20 minute drive into Georgetown for groceries and other supplies. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the house very quiet at night. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. We used the BBQ a few nights and it worked well.We loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to Exuma and to Aqua Dreams!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood on the beach. Very clean and well appointed Had everything we needed to cook and bbq. Pool was very clean and beautiful. Management was super helpful to refer us to restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely come back!

Just got back from a long weekend girls trip to Exuma. Acqua Dreams was perfect! We had delays in our flight, lost luggage and were offered clothes with tags, if we needed until our came and were in constant contact with owner, who was very responsive to all our questions. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, modern appliances, water filtration, air conditioning and anything you can think of. It’s a very short walk to a private beautiful beach. House has beach chairs, poolside chairs and floats along with towels. We had a great time and would highly recommend

This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed. Newer nicer homes in are for same price point.

Four couples just spent 8 nights at Aqua Dreams House. We had a wonderful stay and the house had everything we needed plus more!! This was our 10th visit to Exuma and this by far was the nicest place that we stayed at and on one of the nicest beaches on the island. The beach is just a very short walk on a paved walkway and well worth it! The beach was never crowded and the waters beautiful and calm. The house had plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed all of the room we had around the pool, whether you wanted to be in the sun or if you needed the shade, there was plenty of both with umbrellas for cover. The owner, Marna, was highly responsive from the day we booked the house to the minute we left. We did have one issue with the house that needed attention and we were able to get in touch with the owner within the hour, and a temporary fix to get us through our stay was done immediately, without imposing on our rental of the house. Another wonderful benefit to staying at this house is that it had a full house generator, which kicked on about a minute after we lost power one night. That is definitely not a perk in any of the houses we have ever stayed, and in the Bahamas power goes out often, no matter what island you stay on. The location is right across from the airport, which was very convenient. The house is in the middle of the island, which made for a quick drive to get groceries, restaurants, etc. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!
