A&M House II - Luxury Holidays Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alex's home in Calheta. The house was exceptionally clean, we had everything we needed for a fantastic and comfortable stay, the bedrooms each had an amazing view and the pool was wonderful. The view from the patio was just stunning. We had plenty of room and having the washer and dryer was helpful. The pool table added to some fun in the evenings as well. Thank you so much Alex for letting us enjoy your home.

This property is beautiful and exactly as described. It’s truly a 10/10. We cooked here a lot. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a grocery store close by (but uphill so the walk takes effort). I’d say you need a rental car to stay here.

This house was incredible for us. The view was amazing, the pool was slightly heated and nice and clean, the property had everything we could ask for and the owner and manager were great! It was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Perfect stay close to Calheta. The house is fabulous and has a gorgeous view from the terrace. House well equiped with a nice pool, a large room with billiards ping-pong etc. Nice for families.You will need a car to drive around. Not far from the beach of Calheta and close to some famous PR paths in Rabacal. (Levada do Alecrim, levada 25 fontanas) etc. Communication easy with the owner. I recommend this place and keep the address in case of any future stay! Thanks!

We spent 4 amazing days at this property. The views are spectacular, the property has everything you need, we did quite a bit of cooking and everything was there, the BBQ with coals and woodfire also provided. The place was very spacious, very clean, in a good location to explore various parts of the island. Communication was good throughout, Sandra who showed us the property was very friendly and very helpful with everything. Overall it was a really special holiday, would highly recommend.

We just finished a week long stay and we couldn't have asked for a better base for us to explore Madeira. Alexis and Christina helped us get checked in and were available anytime we had a question, which really helped us get settled in. There was so much space for our family of five to relax, we all appreciated it after a long day. Finally the best sunsets are viewed from the pool each night. We highly recommend staying here!!!

We had an amazing time in Madeira. The home was extremely comfortable had everything and more than you needed. We loved this home. It was hard to leave. The amazing views seen from the patio and pool were unbelievable. The host was very nice and was always accessible. I want to thank Alexis for a wonderful time for me and my family. Madeira is such a beautiful place!!

Our family very much enjoyed this house. It was hot the week we were there so we especially enjoyed the pool with the beautiful view. The grocery and pizza place were a 5 min walk up the hill on a footpath. Renting a car is necessary though as the taxis are in demand now. We still managed to secure them though.

Had a fabulous stay at A&M House 11 for a week in August. Great communication from Alexis and the property manager. The villa is beautifully presented and in immaculate order. The view of the Arc and the sea is truly breathtaking! The solar heated pool was very warm and much appreciated. Loved our stay so much we have booked again for next year!

Accurate description of home and location. Home owners were very professional and easy to deal with. We had a great time and the A & M house made it that much better. We would recommend and return again for sure
