Had the best stay ever, the rooms had individual AC which was awesome for our mix of hot and cold sleepers! The property manager was so helpful and responsive and the property was stocked for our late arrival, complete with a snack and lovely gift. Madeira is beautiful and Calheta was the perfect location. Thank you so much for the best stay, this meant more to us than you’ll ever know!

A holiday stay in this area of Madeira is standing for reducced tourism. Especially the location of this house is a quiete and relaxing area. A small supermarket close in 7 minutes drive with most of all food is to be used. House design inside is modern and very nice and extra clean. Only the garden furniture is not so comfortable as it seemed first. Lovely management with helpfull ideas for shopping and restaurants. We felt welcome !! Nice memories at least!!

This place checked every box and more. Everything was new, very clean and had every extra touch. The pool was a da tasting add and the sheets were the best. Great views of the sunset every night and you must have a car

We really enjoyed the 10 days in your nice, modern, clean and spacey apartment in the hill above Calheta. The apartment is very well equipped, the kitchen contains almost everything for the time, the rooms are nicely furnished and the terrace with the pool is very good. The contact with Cristina to hand-over the keys and also the check-out was perfect, although we arrived too early :) Thank you also for the fast reaction regarding the toilet problem. The complete estate is great. The view to the sea is spectacular. Maybe one little improvement you could think about: the terrace furnitures are not very comfortable to have breakfast or diner outside. And the condition of the umbrella stand is not very good anymore and may not withstand a stronger wind. Our conclusion: a very nice experience in your apartment, which we completely can recommend!

We loved the south-west location of the apartment. Lovely evening sunsets. We plan to come again!

We had a fantastic stay at the A&M house, the whole experience from the initial communication before booking till the check out was great. The pictures of the house are very realistic, it is well equipped and was very clean and tidy. During our stay we appreciated the privacy of the house, the wonderful view over the ocean and the fantastic swimming pool. The location was for us very convenient to explore the island, the village is small but there is a small but well equipped super market on walking distance (less then 5 minutes walk). for us (family of three) this was definitely a 5 star holiday.
