This villa was built with the aim of creating a unique space that would rediscover the concept of physical and mental well-being with magnificent landscapes in a modern architectural environment, providing you with unique sensations of relaxation. The villa completed in the year 2018, is located in the parish of Arco da Calheta - Calheta, one of the most sought after by tourists, characterized by being one of the sunniest areas of Madeira. By car, it is located just 5 minutes from Calheta beach, 25 minutes from Funchal city and 45 minutes from Madeira airport.

Within a 2-minute drive you can also find various establishments like cafes, restaurants, parks, medical services.

The dwelling:

The villa has been designed to make the most of natural light as well as provide stunning views from anywhere in the house, from bedrooms, kitchen, living room and even bathrooms. The 350m2 of construction area spread over two floors and the 1058m2 of deployment area, make the housing areas large, facilitating mobility inside and outside.

Outside the villa has an infinity pool, a large garden, a barbecue and a garage for 2 or more cars.

Outdoor sound system: The pool and garden are assisted with speakers to listen to your favorite music.

Wi-fi Internet: Wi-fi Internet coverage throughout the house free of charge.

All blinds in the villa are electric and remote controlled.

Equipped with a corner sofa bed with capacity for 6 people; 49 ”Samsung Smart TV Curve to watch your favorite movies.

Bedrooms:
The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms and one twin room, which can be converted into a double bed), all rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi internet, with private bathroom and access to the bathroom. exterior.

-Master Suite: Double bed, large walk-in closet, private bathroom (with shower and bath) and direct access to the pool and garden.
-Secondary Suite: Double bed, wardrobe, private bathroom (with shower / bath) and outdoor access.

All rooms are equipped with fresh bedding, ready for your arrival.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring induction hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, fridge / freezer with ice and cold water, glasses, cutlery, etc. There is also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, boiler iron and ironing board.
The villa is stocked with all essential household products such as: tea, instant coffee, Nescafe coffee, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, barbecue wood, charcoal, toilet paper, detergents, etc,

Cleaning Note: If the stay is longer than 7 days, a cleaning and linen change is made mid-stay free of charge.

Note on possible damage to housing: We believe that our guests use our home as if it were theirs, with care. However, in case of damage, we charge 75% of the amount of possible damage / equipment and this notification should be reported on the same day.
