A Little Piece of Tropical Paradise!!! With Inground Pool and no add on Fees!

Southern Reach was custom built in 2008 on the South shore of Cayman Brac. This stunning shore front home is located just 100 feet from the ocean's edge with amazing views and a comfortable breeze all year long. Our recently added in ground pool is just off our porch, fronts the ocean and is very private. There is an outside shower off the side of the house.

The home offers privacy and all the modern conveniences of home. There are two private bedrooms which face the ocean and havea sliding door access to the porch. The left bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, and nightstands. There is also a guest closet in this room. Its bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the main room and features a tiled shower stall.

The right bedroom has a king bed. This bedroom's bath is accessible only through the bedroom and does not have a door between the bedroom and the bathroom which has a bathtub with a shower door. This room features a dresser, and nightstand. The owner's closet is in this room and is kept locked. The porch is accessible through the sliding door from this bedroom as well.

The main living area is an open floor concept. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals in house. There is a stove, fridge with icemaker in door, and dishwasher as well as the standard small appliances. The living area has two futon couches, a coffee table and tv on a stand. There are an assortment of DVDs and CDs as well as a lending library of books. There is a table that seats up to 5 off the kitchen area.

The living room has two sliding glass doors that access the breeze-cooled, open air porch. There are two cozy hammocks and an assortment of lounge chairs on the porch. Steps lead down to the pool which has a maxim depth of 5 feet. A bench was built into the shallow end to allow you to sit, relax and enjoy a cool beverage. The area on our porch and yard to the waters edge is totally private.

The house has three split unit air conditioners, washer and dryer, dishwasher, wireless broadband internet, 32 inch smart flat screen tv in living room, one 20 inch flat screen smart tv in left bedroom, Dish network, satellite tv, DVD, CD stereos with I Phone connect, and all the other amenities you would expect in a modern home.

An open air, private shower is located off the porch. The porch has both hammocks and lounge chairs for a nap, reading, or just taking in the refreshing ocean views and breeze. There is a coral stone shore line. Beachcombing begins right out your back door and is amazing. Beautiful sea birds will happily soar above you as you search for washed up treasure. Natural flora surrounds you, as you are located in the Cayman Country.

Explore the island with its many sites, spend a day diving or snorkeling, take a walk on the beach and find some treasures, wander the nature trails in search of native birds, unwind with a wonderful meal in one of the colorful local restaurants, explore the many caves, take in all the beauty around you, then come home to relax in your own private beach house. The Cayman Islands are rated in the top five world wide destinations for diving.

Please note our house is licensed by the Cayman Island Department of Tourism and has been inspected annually by The Cayman Islands Department of Health, The Cayman Fire Service and the Tourism Inspector.
