Magical oceanfront home with pool - 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths, sleeps 6-8, built 2017

We had an amazing time at our stay at BracMagic! The house was beautiful and just as described in the listing. Excellent communication with the host. We were greeted at the airport and escorted to the house by the property manager. Couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t wait until we can return to paradise!

We had an incredible vacation at Brac Magic. The house is exactly as described and has every amenity needed. The property is well maintained and it is apparent that every detail was carefully thought out. Lynn was very responsive and wonderful to deal with, and Jeffery (the property manager) was also very courteous and thoughtful. We've been to Brac several times, and this was our first time staying on the Southeast end of the island - it's a short drive from most restaurants and stores, but definitely worth it if you're looking for quiet and solitude. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting the Brac!

This is a very nice comfortable home with complete privacy right on the water. If you are looking to unwind, relax and unplug this is the place for you.

We just returned from 10 nights at Brac Magic. I really hesitate to share this, because why would we want more people to become interested in Cayman Brac and this property? But, for owners Lynn and Geoff, I will. The location is absolutely spectacular. Right on the beach where we were always treated to incredible views of the surf, often with a wonderful breeze. The house was perfectly sized for us as a couple. As happens with any VRBO, there were a few hiccups, but the property manager was helpful and the owners are very responsive and eager to make sure all is well. One note for those who love to grill, as I do. The BBQ mentioned is quite small--a portable unit--so it is not really practical for grilling and full meal prep. Don't get me wrong, we very much look forward to staying at Brac Magic again. But it would be great if the property eventually came with a full-sized grill. The dive rinse tank and drying rack were perfect, again for us as a couple. For more than two divers, it might be do-able but I think it would be a bit cramped. Of course, these are relatively minor concerns within the context of the entire stay and property. It is beautiful, well cared-for, and delightful. But please stay somewhere else, especially in November and June. :)

This was the PERFECT getaway and I couldn't have been more happy with this property. If you want PEACE AND QUIET, then this is the perfect vacation rental. I was there for 9 days and NEVER SAW ANOTHER PERSON! House was very clean and as advertised. Owner has added extra touches like a cupboard full of beach towels right next to the door that accesses pool. Unexpected rain shower? You'll find four umbrellas. Power outage or a walk on the beach at night? You'll find several flash lights with extra batteries. Pool toys, snorkeling equipment and two bicycles are in the garage. Lynn, the owner was very helpful and wants to make sure that her guests are taken care of! If you are looking for a fine powder white sand beach and excellent restaurants and rowdy nightlife, this is not the place for you. Stay on Grand Cayman. If you are looking to get away in a peaceful and quiet modern house with all the mod-cons in a spectacular setting, then continue on to Cayman Brac and Brac Magic. This is our second stay at this house . We Love it. It’s clean, that’s important to us. It had everything we needed. You are absolutely alone out there and that’s why we like it so much . So many little things the owners have done to make your stay nice that I notice and appreciate. The bed was surprising to me I slept just as good as at home . We rode the adorable bikes and enjoyed them. The house has snorkel fins which is really nice because those are hard to pack. The sound of the ocean and the breaking waves is something that will bring you back too. I cooked all of our meals the kitchen had everything I needed. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there . The pool was really nice it’s so clean and beautiful; part way through someone came and cleaned it. The owner is super responsive, couldn’t be nicer . I already miss the island of Cayman Brac.

We overall enjoyed our stay. The house is as pictured. Communication with owner was good. All the things you need in kitchen area. Quiet area. I f you are in need of a very quiet place to escape this is the place for you. Good views, nice plantings garden..

This is one of those places that you don’t tell anyone else about, so you can have it all to yourself.

Excellent all round. House was well appointed and extremely clean and uncluttered. Grounds and pool were exquisite. Great for families to stay.
