Gogen Evi is a four-bedroom magnificent house with a very sought-after location on the hillside above one of Kalkan´s exclusive hotels, The Bay.

It is just a five-ten minute stroll from Kalkan harbour with a path leading directly from the property into the town. It is the ideal position to nip out for coffee, or shopping.

Among its finest features are the mesmerising sea views over the Bay of Kalkan. The spacious terrace and swimming pool look out across the bay. Here there is also a traditional BBQ with al fresco seating for eight, which makes the ideal spot for dining under the stars. Laid-out on two floors in traditional ottoman style, the huge villa boasts an elegant, contemporary design with a large ground floor sitting room. Three of the bedrooms have large balconies and the windows are framed by pretty wooden shutters.

Sliding doors open from the sitting room onto the Pool Terrace with wonderful views across the pool and out to sea. The setting is just perfect for dining alfresco.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
