30 Miles from Yellowstone Park! View is Breathtaking!

The villa was clean and comfortable. The amenities were great. Communication from the owner on directions how to get there and what to see around the area was great.

Not hot tub at place. 3 miles away is Chico and the bar was great, the ladies changing room was unclean- layers of dust on the fans and rafters in the ladies change room.

The property location from YNP is as stated. The unit is “homey”. The owner has placed many notes, with details about use or provisions, throughout the home. The owner had excellent communication before and during our three night stay.

Everything about this listing was accurate! It is a gorgeous villa in a great location. Close enough to Bozeman and Yellowstone. It was a great size that allowed us to have private time if we needed it. Also, there is a great selection of old movies to choose from, as well as games to play. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need for cooking your own meals. We enjoyed the unique pottery that was for sale and purchased 4 pieces as a memento for our stay. Communication was wonderful and timely. We really couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay.

Loved the location, walkable and enjoyable distance to 2 saloons with live music, great drinks and easy low key vibes. The wild flour bakery was absolutely delicious and a perfect way to start the day. The condo was well furnished and stocked. Thank you, highly recommend this gem!

This is our second time to stay here. It's clean and has comfortable recliners.

It's in a beautiful area, easy to find, and close to the Yellowstone entrance. The kitchen is well stocked, and the house is quite large and comfortable.

We rented this condo to celebrate my niece graduating with her doctorates in OT. It was the perfect spot. Easy access to Yellowstone Hot springs and Livingston, quiet and clean. Bernie was great at communicating with us when we had questions.

We stayed at your property for one night before we flew back home. It was very clean and nice. There were plenty of really good food and entertainment options (it was on a Friday night) nearby. There was also a cute little Saturday morning local market that we perused right before we left.... great for last minute unique gifts.

We loved the location and the surrounding landscape that provided wonderful view of the area. Our host was very responsive to a couple of issues we identified on our first day. She made sure someone came right away to help. The 30 mile drive to Yellowstone was a treat in itself, as we are ones who love new and exciting places.

We spent a week at Bernie's place in Emigrant. It was a convenient location to Yellowstone National Park a few restaurants and fishing on the Yellowstone river. The condo was extremely clean which is always appreciated.We would highly recommend!

We had a relaxing visit in this townhouse. We loved all the recliners. Great location for Chico, Yellowstone and Livingston.

This property was warm and inviting and reminded me of staying with my grandmother when I was a child. We chose this area since it was a reasonable distance between the airport and Yellowstone and the drive between each was a breeze. The listing does say Communal Pool as an amenity but there isn't a shared pool in the community. I wasn't 100% certain on what that referred to until we arrived and then more clearly learned that it was referring to the Chico Hot Springs that is a few miles away. We visited it once during our stay but it was a bit pricey for a family to do more than once and the weather was hot so we weren't really feeling up to sitting in 104 degree water while we visited. I imagine it's quite heavenly during cooler months. The owner was a delight to work with and provided us with thorough and clear directions on everything we needed to know which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The entire family fell in love with Montana! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay was exceptional. The place was clean, tidy and very well stocked and it perfectly suited our needs for everything that we wanted to do. Our host was exceptionally gracious and very informative, all around a brilliant stay.
