3 bedroom villa, amazing waterfront view

Koh Samui is the least hectic of the Thai beach resorts. This property is in a gated community of largely farang owned homes. It’s quiet pretty and provides every amenity a needs. The housekeeper is a gem.

We loved the villa! It was wonderful to sit on the lanai and watch the fishing boats, or wake up in the morning to the ocean view. Oh, the feeling of smooth teakwood on your bare feet. Delightful. I never wanted to leave! Our whole experience was easy. Dominique communicated with us, when we got to the villa Ms. Fon was waiting for us to check us in, and they offered to arrange any airport or ferry transfers. And Ms. Fon continued to be a great help. I asked if there were umbrellas, one appeared at the door in less than an hour, But she doesn't live onsite so you have complete privacy. The villa itself was stocked with all the things you would need for a visit. Nothing super deluxe or fancy but just fine for a vacation. There were plenty of towels for showers and the pool. The water was hot in the shower. All the rooms had lovely ceiling fans. The only less than perfect thing was there was only air conditioning in the bedrooms, not in the living room. Most of the time the ceiling fans and the bedroom AC kept it comfortable, but there were a few times I would have loved to blast the air in the living room. We liked the area. We picked it because it was on the quiet side of the island with the best sunsets. There were some yummy restaurants within walking distance (The Italian place, Aromi something....amazing pizza and pastas. And they deliver). But it is not convenient to some of the nicer beaches on the other side of the island. That was ok with us because we didn't want all of the crowds, the Hooters, and the high prices but if you want to be in the middle of all the action, this isn't it. And you can't walk to the grocery store, though there are little markets quite close, but you can rent a car, take a songthau or get a taxi. So, amazing spot for a family or friends. You can really just relax together here and, if you need some action, rent a car and go find some.

My family (wife, daughter 10 y.o. and myself) had a rest at this villa in December 2016. We rented this three bedrooms villa for 2 weeks from 3 December to 17 December. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a separated entrance (separated from the main house) and the other two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and terrace are located on the first floor as a main house accommodation. We didn't use the lower floor bedroom at all due to we had enough space for accommodation in the main house. The villa is rather large and very cozy, very comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need to cook meal, there is even a a rice cooker there. The house has a gas grill (on demand) which we used to roast meat and seafood. The villa is equipped with a washing machine which was really importany for us. The villa has a good wifi internet connection. Our favourite place was the terrace, where we spent the most of our time. The terrace offers a magical views of the sea! You can sit for hours and enjoy the sea views and sunsets! You can also sunbathe on the terrace, but we were unlucky with the weather, because it rained almost every day. The territory is very beautiful indeed, very well-groomed and very safe. It is always very quiet and peaceful in the area. There is also a big swimming pool, which was cleaned daily. This villa is a perfect place for relaxing and peaceful holiday! We also really liked to deal with the house manager Mrs. Fon. She is always very friendly with attentive attitude to the guests, none of our requests was left without her attention! Of the minuses (only concerning us!): 1) The villa is located not in the touristic area of the island, so it takes quite a lot time to walk to the nearest shop and/or restaurant (quite far and a lot of stray dogs along the way). Thus be sure to rent a car or motor bike due to most of infrastructure is very far! The nearest supermarket is Tesco Lotus in Nathon, which is about 7 min by car or 45 min by walk. 2) The sea was not swimmable during our stay there! It was really very shalow with muddy water. The beach was very dirty with a lot of sharp glass around. The reason of this most probably was terribly rainy and windy weather during the weeks that caused the sea to be stormy. In conclusion, I would like to say that in spite of really bad weather we liked our stay at the villa. It is a real paradise for relaxation! During our next vacation we will definitely come back here again!

We are a family of 4 (children are 12 &14) and have spent a month in this villa recently. It was a very nice and relaxing experience. We have not traveled around much, as we have already been to this part of the world before. We really wanted to warm up after a long winter and enjoy the sun and the sea. Our stay was excellent. The sea is quite shallow here, so in low tide you should not expect much water, but in high tide it is just perfect. You can swim (no waves), or play with your children in the water. In low tide we have used the swimming pool. The beach was almost deserted, very hard to find places like this anymore, we enjoyed being the only ones in the sea. The location of the house versus the sea is excellent, if you sit on the terrace, if you sit in the living room, you will see the turquoise horizon all day long, very very relaxing. This time we were on a low budget, and the house was perfect in this sense too. Fully equipped kitchen, where we made most of our meals. Also there are several cheap Thai restaurants along the beach, which we have visited time to time. The place is away from the party zone, which was what we were looking for. The WiFi was a bit slow, but more than enough for checking our emails/facebook etc. The house manager Mrs.Fon is very helpful and will fix anything needed within a day.

My family and I spent 2.5 months at this wonderful villa. It was dream from the first moment to the last. In fact, it was so fantastic that we bought a house only 2 minutes away from this one. As they say, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery! The villa has a unique combination of slightly elevated position, and being only 30 meters from the beach. So we got both a beachfront home as well as the most stunning view over the ocean I have ever seen. The grounds and pool are very well kept and my daughter spent countless hours in said pool or collecting shells on the beach. Special praise goes to the manager, who who does her job with an efficiency that would put anyone Swiss to shame. Any minor occurrences like a broken a/c unit would be taken care of within a few hours. If the owner wasn't such a nice guy, I would hire her away for my new house in a minute! My favorite part? The terrace of the villa. I spent many hours working on my computer sitting on the terrace, and the view from there is now ingrained on the inside of my eyelids - when I close my eyes, I see the ocean and palm trees moving in the wind.

We cannot speak highly enough of this villa, located right on the beach, and away from the busy resorts elsewhere on the island. It was very comfortable, well equiped, in a small community of villas,well maintained gardens, with its own small pool for the most part unused by others. A small piece of paradise. Attention from the owners agent was friendly and very efficient. Shopping for food was easy and nearby, although a vehicle is necessary. Within a few km, there was a good selection of beach restaurants. We had a party of five adults, all of whom thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New Year.

My family recently stayed at the villa. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the villa and surroundings are. We were warmly greeted by the owners agent and immediately felt at home. The villa is ideally located just far enough away from the busy cities on the island but close enough to small stores for things you may require. What stays with me the most is the breathtaking view that greets you every morning as you awake in this tropical paradise. The owner is very attentive to any needs or questions that may arise. I would stay at the villa again without question. After spending two weeks at the villa we came home revitalized and rested. This was the nicest vacation we have ever taken. This has got to be one of the best kept secrets on koh samui. Additionally, if you are thinking of getting suits made, go to Timmy's Tailors in cha waeng. I had 3 suits and five shirts made and shipped home. They turned out awesome!!

The villa was perfectly located for our family. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the lovely pool.

We spent 3 weeks in this lovely villa and really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we wanted; a really quiet location with incredible seaviews and constant breeze (no mosquitoes while we were there). The owner was quite helpful and answered all our queries very promptly.
