It consists of 3 levels all with sea view:
- Main floor: living room with large flat screen satellite TV and home theater, separate modern kitchen (gas hob, American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), separate bedroom (garden view) , bathroom, toilet, terrace, swimming pool, parking for 2 cars, laundry (washing machine).
- Level 1: master bedroom, bathroom, jacuzzi, office (extra bed), terrace.
- Level -1: 2 studios with double room, TV, bathroom, terrace with immediate access to the 2nd pool, kitchen, entrance on the upper level or independent from below ground, parking for 2 cars, private outdoor bathroom.

In a residence, the house is located amidst a tropical garden of 1300 sqm. You'll find all kinds of trees and plants typical of the country: coconut treees of course, but a wide selection of palm trees and orchids. Moreover, the field is decorated with rock waterfalls, ponds with fish and stone sculptures.
