Stayed Aug 23, 2024The villa & grounds were gorgeous - the pictures don’t do it justice! The pool was lovely & pretty quiet when we were there. The location is great - 25 minute walk into Llfranc but up a very big hill on way back with no lighting. You’ll need a car if you have kidsmobility issues. Parking is on the street round the corner (1 minute walk) but you can load & unload right outside. Be aware that air conditioning is only in the bedrooms & subject to an extra daily charge & extra charges for towels & sheets. Kitchen is well stocked for crockery & pans. All in all this a great place for families & so close to an array of brilliant beaches. All communication were easy.
