Stayed Jul 8, 2023My family of 5 and our friends (family of 4) stayed at the Riad this July. We had an amazing time. The host, Veronica, was fabulous at communicating beforehand as well as during our stay. She arranged for transportation to and from the Riad as well as excursions while we were there (hot air balloon ride, camel ride, hamman and spa). She arranged for a private tour guide who showed us the way through the Medina and gave us insider tips on what to do and not do. The house chef was just lovely in person and made excellent food for breakfast and a few dinners. We enjoyed a cooking class with her as well. Khalid and Soufiane hosted us while we were there; they made us feel extremely safe, even escorting us to and from restaurants so we would not get lost. They were kind to our children and most accommodating - both were extremely friendly and fun to get to know. The Riad is charming and a hidden gem that you would never know exists from the outside. A+ experience that we highly recommend! No regrets.

Stayed Jun 11, 2022We had three generations who loved the Riad! Vanessa was wonderful arranging all our tours and transfers! Everyone at the house was kind, helpful and went well out of their way to make our stay exceptional! We definitely would recommend! And thought all their guides/ services were too notch!

Stayed May 15, 2022Our stay at Riad Alkemia was sheer perfection. Veronica and her team are phenomenal. There were 8 adults in our group. Veronica and her team made recommendations, then assisted us in the final scheduling and coordination of excursions. They communicated with us frequently and clearly about costs, timing, and schedules before our arrival and after we'd arrived. The riad is phenomenal. It has all of the modern conveniences while maintaining the cultural touches that are true to the history of Marrakech. It is withing easy walking distance of the Medina, the Square, Jardin, and other major must-see points. The staff pampered us to no end; freshly cut fruit and baked bread for breakfast, a personalized cooking class, maid service, and even coordinating the shipment of items purchased to our homes are just a few of the services they provided to us. Veronica, her team, and Riad Alkemia team have set the bar; they're the model for all vacations. There is nothing negative to say about our stay at Riad Alkemia. It was amazing all around.
