What an absolute delight. From Kay, the host, meeting and greeting us on arrival everything was perfect. Comfortable king size bed, sift fluffy towels, private washer and dryer. There were many extras not in the post including beach towels, camping bag, and extras one may have forgotten. Can walk to many restaurants, take the bus, or call an Uber. Easy to get to everywhere you may need to go.Great stay!!!

We had a wonderful time exploring Austin from this comfortable and well-located apartment. The host was gracious and gave us some good tips for sights and restaurants. We hope to come back soon.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Zilker Serenity. It was so clean and comforting. The screened in patio was a great feature, we sat outside listening to the rain and talking. We were in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Next time we are in Austin, we will stay here again.

We had a delightful stay at the Treehouse. The space was perfect for two. And the apartment had all kinds of the thoughtful amenities to make our visit pleasant and convenient. The bed was very comfy and we enjoyed the outdoor screened area for morning coffee and reading.The whole property is pristine….looks brand new. We also loved the location. Easy to get to everything of interest in Austin. The owner was so nice and so helpful. We couldn’t have had a nicer stay. We hope to come again!

What a gem! A peaceful, cool respite from the shopping, dining, and exploring. Thoughtfully appointed with everything you need and hotel quality bedding you didn’t know you’ve been missing at other rentals. The home is minutes from South Congress and First St shopping and walkable to Barton Springs and the awesome trails. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including the food truck park, BBQ, and Juliet. It’s also on the Waymo route, which we used over 10 times during our stay. A short flight of stairs is needed to access the space, as shown in the photos. We will surely stay here again. Thanks Kay!

Great little apartment over the garage on the back half of a well kept property. Everything on the property is top notch, updated and in great taste. Located only two blocks from Barton Springs Rd, I felt safe and the evenings / nights were extremely quiet. I bicycled every morning, walked to concert events and dinners. It was a great M-F mini staycation. Kay is a great host.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and loved it. Bed was comfortable, AC was crisp and cool, and there was everything you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed coffee on the screened patio every morning. Kay was a gracious hostess. Place was very clean, well built, and well appointed. Neighborhood was well located, safe and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy, comfortable stay in my old neighborhood!

Such a wonderful property in a charming hilltop neighborhood walking distance to a park and restaurants. The unit (the back house in a beautifully landscaped backyard) is beautifully decorated and updated. Kay is a wonderful hostess and so helpful. The unit is stocked with everything to make your visit comfortable down to extra touches like an umbrella and sunscreen. A quick drive to downtown, UT and so many Austin attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable one bedroom apartment located close to Barton Springs. The screened in porch is perfect for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Kay is a delightful host and ensured our stay was perfect. Highest recommendation!!!

As a couple hoping to take in a few days of exploring the city, this property was gorgeous and just perfect for our stay in Austin! The host, Kay, is lovely! She is an excellent communicator and responded quickly to any questions. We felt well guided and comfortable if we had any questions. The property was immaculate and clean and the surroundings beautiful. What a gem! It’s a carriage house on the back of the property and we thought ‘this is exactly what we’d love to have as a getaway property!’. Perfect for a party of 2 looking to relax and enjoy some time ‘in the treetops’. While the owner lives in the house to the front, you feel like you are on your own private property. Gorgeous!Easy walking to nearby shops and parks or a quick drive or uber to other locations.Loved this place - highly recommend!Thank you again, Kay!Ps - We stayed in San Antonio as well and we loved Austin much more. My wife and I took a two-day side trip to check out Austin and were very fortunate to find this place! This gem is located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything Zilker and Barton Springs have to offer. Spotlessly clean, wonderfully decorated and modern, it had everything we could want. Kay met us as we arrived and showed us all the amenities, everything of which was as described in the listing. We definitely recommend and will look to stay again if/when we return to Austin!

I happened to book during a cold spell and this ended up being my cozy retreat away from home. Kay is wonderful, the property was perfect and comfortable. I didn't have a car, nor appropriate winter wear so used delivery services and was easy to get everything I needed. Love the high end finishes, comfortable seating and bedding.

The apartment is incredible, but the best part about this rental is Kay. She is so kind and extremely helpful. I one hundred percent would recommend this place.

This is our second time staying at this lovely apartment. We stayed here years ago on our first trip to Austen and loved it so much we stayed when we returned in 2024. The location is amazing. The apartment has everything that you could need, looks just like the pictures, is clean and comfortable. You have complete privacy and feel secluded due to the trees, but are only minutes away from great restaurants and activities. Kay is a wonderful host and replied immediately to any concerns we had.

Me and my daughter had a great time staying at Kay’s place. She was so warm and accommodating.The location is perfect - close to great food, two huge parks and just a 10 minute walk to the river and north side of the city.The bed was very comfortable and perfectly firm. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of counterspace and a good sized shower.A great spot to stay anytime of year - we were here in February and the cooling systems kept us nice & warm when the temperature dropped at night. I imagine it’s just as great - maybe even better - when the weather warms up and you can sit out on the screened porch or in Kay’s lovely backyard.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is private and convenient. Everything was spotless and well appointed. Kay was very attentive and quick to answer any questions. It was the perfect little place for my husband and I. We especially enjoyed the screened porch.

Great location, cute and comfortable. Large Kitchenette was very functional and saved us on food. Lyft was reasonable to downtown, even took a PediCab home one night ($50 w/tip). Terry Black's BBQ is near and worth a visit. Overall, Kay has a great place and we will return!
