Stayed Mar 26, 2026We had a wonderful time. The property is very clean and is in an exceptional neighborhood close to a hiking path and beautiful parks. There's a huge selection of restaurants very nearby on Lamar and travel around Austin is easy with access to major highways within a 5 minute drive. Kathleen was quick to respond to any questions. I'll definitely be checking on availability next time I'm in the area!

Stayed Mar 10, 2026There is a mini-fridge, mini-freezer and microwave. The kitchen was fully stocked with breakfast cereals and snacks. But, it is not a full kitchen for cooking. The unit was clean, The bed was comfortable. Very private setting with a spacious private yard. Location is very convenient to downtown and festival locales.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Me and my friend stayed here for ACL weekend and it was perfect! It is fairly close to zilker park. The house is perfect for two people for a weekend trip! The host is so sweet and very easy to communicate with. We truly had a blast and it was nice to come back to a cozy space every night after the festival. Would definitely book again!

Stayed Mar 12, 2025Lovely little mother-in-law unit with it's own entrance and private patio area. Loved the neighborhood. Very quiet. Comfortable beds. The toilet was an issue the whole time we stayed. It would run and we had to take off the top portion to flush it manually every time, which was pain. All in all, a lovely place to stay!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024This unit was perfect for a weekend get away. The space was clean, bed comfortable and several beverages and snacks were available. Loved the outdoor space and the location was perfect to get to fun areas of Austin. Hosts were great and we’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was just right for 2 people. The owner left us a basket of treats - chips, cookies, a bottle of rose, etc. So all in all, it was a fine place to spend a few nights in Austin.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024I stayed here with my partner and we loved it! It was fairly quiet and peaceful . A lot of restaurants stores parks within 5-10min. The patio / yard area was great and we where able to Warm up near the outside chimney.
