Beautiful house and a great location!

Yea. The host had excellent communication from start to finish.

The home was a pleasure to visit. Everything was comprehensive and well thought out, for example the kitchen was equipped with everything you could imagine. There was a book with instructions that was most helpful. The furnishings were comfortable and everything was clean.

This home was a perfect place for a relaxing stay for our family. We enjoyed all the activities at the house- game tables, board games, movies, hot tub. There were lawn games like corn hole and frisbee games we took to a park and played. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The community clubhouse and pickleball court are close to walk to. Hosts were friendly and quick to communicate. We would stay here again.

We spent an entire month in this lovely property. It is a real gem and the check in process was very simple. The kitchen was well stocked and easily supported entertaining visitors. The BBQ grill, fire pit, and hot tub made outside events wonderful.

The home was perfect for our family vacation! Everything was clean and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to prepare meals. We loved the ping-pong and the pickleball. There were plenty of games to keep us busy when not at the lake. the back yard was perfect for BBQ and outdoor dining and the hot tub was clean and warm. What a great place, would highly recommend!

What a fantastic way to spend our extended 4th of July weekend! This house has everything you could ever want to keep the troops entertained in comfort. The choices are almost endless: swimming at the community pool enjoying the view overlooking the valley, soaking in the private spa while BBQing on the back patio, shooting pool, playing foosball, reliving your youth playing 16-bit console video games, playing a plethora of board games, watching movies or just sitting around enjoying the peace and quite of this tranquil mountain community.Once you pry yourself out of this beautiful home and start exploring all the surrounding countryside you fully understand why this area of Utah is booming. If it is this nice during the summer months I can only imagine what a mecca for skiing and all winter sports this must be.Amenities: ACleanliness: ACommunication: AActivities: ACommunity: AWe would stay here again in a heartbeat. We just spent a few days in this beautiful home in Eden, Utah, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. From the pool table and foosball table to the arcade game, video games, and streaming TVs—there was entertainment for everyone.We especially loved the hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit for our evening hangouts. The community pool was a bonus, and the entire space felt thoughtfully designed and well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

House was amazing, well appointed for a family of 7 and we so enjoyed the local town and close by markets and restaurants. Make sure to go to Mad Moose!!!The owners were very helpful, responsive, and check in and check out was a breeze.We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen as well.as cooking and dish supplies. We cooked almost every night for 7-15 people. Also appreciated toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and body wash.We enjoyed the fire pit immensely and the hot tub! We will be coming back!!!The wedding was in Ogden, so easy to drive for ceremony and reception.

Outstanding home nestled in the quiet town of Eden. The home is impeccable and the owners respond quickly to any inquiries. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for a pleasant week-long stay. I will definitely plan to stay here again.

We ski was a group every year. All of us are 70. This was our favorite of all places we have rented in the West. Terrific experience for us.

From my young adult daughter: Dear Stacey, Dave & co. - Thank you for a great stay! First time in UT and we couldn’t be more grateful. We (the kids) stayed upstairs. It was paradise. My dad loved the arcade and we played board games, Xbox and chilled out after a long day on the slopes. I’ll just add a little more. Everything positive in the other reviews are accurate. Kitchen, hot tub, view are great. Location is great. We skied at Nordic Valley, Powder Mountain and Snowbasin (in order of least fave to most fave). Stacey and Dave are very responsive. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a family vacation (5 adults, 2 kids and a dog) and it was absolutely the best stay. The house was beautiful, clean and stocked with with little things you often forget. Totally would stay again:)

Thank you, Dave and Stacey, for the perfect getaway for a 4-couple’s golfing trip. It was very comfortable, and we took advantage of the pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, foosball table, and corn hole, when not golfing. Just wished we stayed longer to enjoy the barbeque, hot tub and pickleball courts. The kitchen was very well stocked. The views of the mountains and lake were spectacular, and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely for morning walks. Communication responses were extremely quick. This is a place we will definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing! Beautiful view from the patio! Kitchen was fully functional so I could prepare multi course dinners! Close to trails! Easy access to a pool with a beautiful view! We will definitely book again!

This house was exactly as described and just what we were looking for. It is the best equipped home we've ever rented. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, appliances, spices, condiments, paper goods, etc. There are games, puzzles, a ping pong table, a pool table, and lots more to keep you busy indoors. We really enjoyed the pool and pickleball court both of which are within steps of the house. It was a quick trip to the local beaches. We tried a few different ones and liked them all. Communication with the hosts was excellent! They were helpful and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

We loved this house and all its appointments. High quality soaps, dishes, utensils, and fluffy towels. Lots of games, tvs, and separate areas all could enjoy. The outside had comfortable padded chairs, gas fire pit, and nice grill. The back patio was very nicely shaded with views of mountains and some views of the lake. We enjoyed seeing the wild turkeys and deer. There are gravel walking paths going from the house around the subdivision. Although there is a hot tub there we used the large hot tub at the community pool around the corner from the house. The pool was heated very comfortably and size was good at 20’x40’. There was adult swim time from 8am to 11 am which we happily took advantage of. We had a lot of communication with the owner Stacey and found her pleasant, accommodating, and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was perfect for our family. It was close to extended family in Ogden and we were able to connect with everyone. We especially enjoyed the community pool. Nice neighborhood for long walks.
