Bella Vista Casa 31 is a gorgeous Brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with accommodations for 8 guest. The house is inside a gated community with 24hr security. As soon as you enter through the door you will feel just as comfortable as being at home. This house has everything you could want for a great time in Rocky Point. The living room is very spacious with comfy couches where you could spend family time, enjoy a nice movie on the smart flat screen tv which has Netflix.

The kitchen isfully equipped everything you might need to cook a nice meal or some snacks. The kitchen table is right by the kitchen and it easily accommodates 8 guest.

On the property you could enjoy from the big community pool with its barbecue area. You can enjoy a swimming pool and catch a nice tan while cooking a nice barbecue. This area is also where you will find the gym.

Hello I did not stay at this place . The security guard said thay my name wasnt on the guest list. Eventhough I showed her the picture and conformation number .I need to get a refund. I neded to check in to a hotle because my husband wasnt feeling good .

Love staying in this community first time stay at this house. We all loved it! Beds are clean and comfy. Perfect location. We got to enjoy the pool and the 2 patios. Washer and dryer was nice but they even left some laundry products.

Great home and location ! Was very clean and rooms were spacious. The host was great with directions because if you don’t know the area it can be tricky to find. Only downside was the ac is set to conserve energy during the day so you can’t set it lower than 80 till after 430pm which is a bummer because it’s really hot and humid in the summer time. Other than that the house was great and I would stay again
