Stayed Jul 1, 2022The highlight of the property is the backyard, with an amazing pool, lounging area, huge deck with dining table, tiki bar setup, super-hot grill/smoker, big grassy area -- basically a perfect summer setup (could use a hot tub, but not needed for a hot summer stay). There are 5 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, 3 large baths, huge kitchen and common areas, and everything was incredibly well-stocked. The hosts (Haim and Kitty) were very accommodating and communicated throughout the stay. Overall, this is a perfect spot for large family gatherings. Note, noisy trains come by a few times per day, but this is an issue I've had with all houses throughout the Hamptons.
