Brand new, quaint cottage in East Quogue minutes from all the east end has to offer. Newly built by local builder with all modern amenities. 10 min ride to Dune Rd beaches. 20 minutes to South Hampton. So many things to do in and around the East Quogue Area. On the first floor you have a bedroom with a Queen Bed, and a full bathroom with a shower. Oversized kitchen with an island that sits 4. Comfy living room with a couch and TV. The backdoor leads out to a backyard with a table that seats 10, and a BBQ island along with a gas firepit. 2nd floor has an oversized bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
